On the website, the bathroom photos show a huge shower stall, but in reality, it was tiny. 3) The hotel's location is good for business travelers, as it is far from the historical center and attractions. 4) The hotel refused to refund the unused nights, even though the information on the website did not perfectly match reality. 5) Email support is quick and efficient."
