I traveled to Qingyang with my father, who is over 80 years old. Because my father is immobile and bedridden, traveling has always been a huge challenge for me. However, all my worries vanished the moment we arrived at Qingyang Phoenix Hotel. On the way to the hotel, the navigation system misled me to the East Branch. The staff, knowing I had booked the West Branch, immediately contacted me. However, it was very windy outside, so the staff ran to get a mask for my father and reminded him to wear it. Upon arriving at the West Branch hotel parking lot, I was pleasantly surprised to find the front desk staff already waiting for us in the garage. Seeing that my father was unable to stand and was using a wheelchair, the staff not only assisted with the check-in process but also proactively carried our luggage and carefully escorted us to our room. This thoughtful gesture of "thinking of what guests need and addressing their urgent needs" warmed my heart. What touched me even more was the fruit platter the housekeeping department thoughtfully delivered at noon. This small gesture demonstrated the hotel's profound respect and care for elderly guests, making my father and I feel like family. Although my father's speech was unclear, he frequently praised the hotel. During our stay, the room's cleanliness was remarkable, the facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were meticulous. Far from feeling awkward traveling with elderly relatives, I enjoyed the warmth and comfort of home. I once again express my high praise for Qingyang Phoenix Hotel. Such a warm, responsible, and attentive hotel will definitely be my first choice for future visits to Qingyang, and I strongly recommend it to all travelers!
