"Yesterday we checked in at Pushkara Resort and Spa and found the property to be beautiful with a very scenic location and lovely views. The rooms were also well designed and comfortable. However, despite paying around ₹10,000 for one night, we unfortunately did not feel it was value for money due to several service and maintenance issues. On the first night, we ordered Dal Tadka, but the taste was very disappointing and completely lacked flavor. Today, we ordered two cups of masala tea through room service, but were informed that our hi-tea was arranged at the poolside. Unfortunately, the tea quality and taste were again very poor. In addition, the room cleanliness was not up to the mark. We noticed that the bathroom corners were quite dirty and needed proper cleaning and maintenance. The resort definitely has a great location and beautiful ambience, but the food quality, housekeeping standards, and overall guest experience need significant improvement to justify the price charged."

A special mention to Jassi Gujar for the excellent service — always attentive, polite, and ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. The evening ambiance was especially beautiful and enjoyable. However, one area that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi facility, as it was not available during the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."
