"1. Receptionist wasn’t welcoming upon entry during check-in. He just said sign here..here..here. 2. Walk way from reception entry all the way to the room in side the building all the lights are either completely off or few bulbs on. Very dark place. 3. I didn’t know I have to ask for WiFi password! 4. The room wasn't properly ready. All bathroom dispensers empty of soap, shampoo, conditioner. 5. The toilet jet spray not working properly. 6.No dedicated outlets to charge our phones, I went to ask the receptionist and he said “pull the plug from the lamp to use the outlet” SERIOUSLY?!? 7. The bed seems like it is going to break apart. 8. Restaurant wasn’t ready to serve food during dinner hours. We had to wait 1 hour for our food. And our all inclusive dinner only means food included , which means we had to pay for water! SERIOUSLY? 9. If this Hotel wants to cater to foreigners then this hotel needs some serious international hospitality training and policies set in place. 10. If any foreigner come to this place and give this hotel 4 or 5 stars then they don’t have any idea of hotel standards. I understand not everyone will have the same experience as us, but I hope you might have a better one then we did. "

"We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour. The Good: The property offers a pleasant pool area and an attractive wedding venue. The location is convenient, with quick and inexpensive Tuk Tuk access to nearby attractions. The hotel grounds feel secure, the overall atmosphere is decent, and the service and value are generally in line with expectations for this category of hotel in India. The Bad: Room noise can be an issue, as the walls are quite thin. The mattresses are very firm, which may not suit all travelers. The rooms appear outdated compared to the photos online, and the in-room Wi-Fi signal was too weak to be usable, so mobile data was needed. During winter, the open-air corridors can make the rooms feel especially cold. Some areas of the rooms would benefit from repairs and more thorough cleaning. The Ugly: We encountered several maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including exposed wiring, stained bedding, noticeable odors in the rooms, and an air-conditioning unit that seemed unstable."
