"Govind was very kind and allowed me to check in at 6:30am when my bus arrived. He also gave me his WhatsApp number in case I needed anything. He was super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very well located. The only issue I had is that the room was absolutely filthy. The bathroom, all surfaces, walls, etc were dirty and grimy. I had to use wipes just to be able to put my stuff on the shelves and tables. I would have loved to stay longer if it had been clean. It’s too bad because the location was great and Govind was also an excellent host."

Reception & Front Desk: From the moment we arrived, the front office team set a warm, welcoming tone with a seamless check-in and attentive hospitality throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mahesh, Atul, Rajdeep, Manish, Kuldeep, Aman, and Preeti for their prompt assistance, professionalism, and courteous service. Housekeeping: A massive thank you to the housekeeping team—especially Kan Singh, Mohit and Gajendra Singh—for the incredible room decoration. We shared a reference photo of what we envisioned for our son's birthday, and they executed it flawlessly. Walking into the decorated room was an absolute delight for him! Food & Beverage: The F&B team was exceptional and took great care of us across all meals. A special shout-out to Chef Nitin, who crafted a wonderful, delicious birthday cake that made our celebration extra sweet. Warm appreciation for decoration of cake cutting table as well to Annu, Hansi, Shubham, Sachin, Aakash, Kailash, Lucky, Anirbun, Priyanshu, Kuldeep and Vinod, for their prompt, attentive, and smiling hospitality throughout our dining experiences. Kids’ Activities & Recreation: For families with young children, the resort is outstanding. The variety of activities kept our son thoroughly entertained: Cupcake Making with Gaurav Singh: A fantastic workshop—Gaurav was wonderfully polite, patient, and engaging with the kids. Creative & Fun Experiences: The towel art and geese feeding were lovely touches that added extra charm to our stay. Recreation & Outdoor Fun: Horse riding, camel cart riding, the toy train, mini-theater, kids' play area, and the expansive swimming pool made for non-stop enjoyment. Constructive Feedback: Bicycles: The guest cycles need maintenance, as several were not functioning properly. Room Maintenance: The ceiling fan regulator in our room was faulty and could not be adjusted. Overall, these minor points did not take away from the fantastic experience and heartwarming hospitality provided across all departments. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I highly recommend Bambusa Mulberry Resort to anyone visiting Pushkar. "I was very disappointed with my experience at the Pratap Mahal. The establishment clearly prioritizes appearances, but attention to detail is completely lacking. Just look at the state of cleanliness of the bathrooms: frankly deplorable for a hotel of this standard. The meal ordered in the dining room was absolutely not up to my expectations—it tasted like frozen food, with no flavor or effort put into it. Another very problematic point: the staff entered my room without my permission, which is unacceptable. The hotel is also quite isolated and offers a car service for €30 for 3 hours, a clearly excessive price considering the cost in India. Following these problems, the manager came in person to apologize. The meal in the dining room was offered as a gesture of goodwill, and we were offered a room upgrade. I appreciate the effort, but it wasn't enough to redeem the overall experience. I ultimately decided to leave the hotel a night early. Despite my non-refundable reservation, I do not recommend it."

"The room (spacious and aesthetic) experience was very memorable. The pool is also chilling. The breakfast (complimentary) was well served and devouring😋. Staffs behaviour is very well-appreciated. Though the whole area outside is dimly lighted at night and prone to insects, which creep into the room if left open for a while, but that was preventive. The major drawback is finding the location. Neither the Google map was able to guide, but thankfully two members of the hotel came to guide us. Overall experience was good. 5-Stars if roads to location, and lighting was fixed."

"It's a beautiful faded old building that must've been magnificent back in the day. Now it's a sad, dark and somewhat tatty place, bordering on being a bit spooky. Staff very good throughout. Food fairly grim. Pool was ok but didn't feel especially clean (the pool towels were very stained, including a clump of human hair on mine) - non resident travellers/backpackers seemed to be using the pool i assume for a fee. As in keeping with Pushkar, no booze to be found and indeed no eggs for breakfast either (totally vegetarian). It was pretty cheap though at £66 for a room."

In terms of connectivity, the location is highly convenient—just a 4-minute walk to the Pushkar Market, around 10 minutes to the Bharmah Tample, and auto-rickshaws are easily available right outside the hotel. Very Neat And Clean Room. Overall, a comfortable and well-connected place to stay."

Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet should have more options. Overall stay was good."

Our bedroom was lovely with big very comfortable beds and nice clean light rooms, however it did have some shortcomings. 1 Eggs and meat are banned in Pushkar and it is a very traditional hotel and restaurant. This meant that food choices were limited, however the restaurant staff were charming and helpful. 2 Tips are highly prized and typically the women do the hard work. We opened our bedroom door to a posse of women each carrying one piece of luggage - some very small and each wanting a tip. The whole atmosphere around tipping felt very unpleasant ( and I say this as a happy tipper)"
