"Location: Excellent. Right in the Center. Very easy to move around and a lot of restaurant in 10-15 minutes walking distance radius. 2 different famous beaches are near. Bus terminal is 5-8 minutes walk. Room: We stayed in the room number 15. It was a medium size room, with everything we needed: Space for the luggage, warm shower, enough towels, soap, tv, private terrace, dark blinds (this is really good if you have a problem with the light when sleeping). From the window you can see a little bit of the sea and the hotel’s swimming pool. There was no any noise during the night, but in the morning you can hear housekeepers talking. Breakfast: I would say that it has a lot of sweet things (yogurt is also sweet), so if you don’t want sweet - you have a choice to eat fruits like watermelon, melon or bananas or scrambled eggs. They don’t offer fried or boiled eggs (my recommendation to the hotel is to give an option of fried eggs as it doesn’t cost much and some people can’t eat scrambled eggs). Drinks - you have option of coffee, few types of tea, orange juice (not natural). Price: Not bad for the location. Service: All good. Only one younger girl that works on reception doesn’t really greet customers. We would tell “good morning/evening” but she would not respond. Guys which work in the hotel were nice and friendly."

"Clar – Here is your "vaporated" review, clearly positive, but without hiding the points: Summary (positive, realistic): A very good hotel with very careful and helpful staff, especially at the reception. However, you note that the age of the house and the cost/investment pressure leaves traces in some places: in the restaurant, quality is not consistently at the level you would expect from a classic five-star hotel, And the pool also does not seem to be maintained consistently. The next buildings (new/other large building) are available and optically not ideal, but the hotel is largely well protected. A great plus point is the direct proximity to a colorful shopping centre (all quickly available) as well as the very uncomplicated mobility via Uber – you come quickly, cheap and comfortable around, also to good restaurants. ➡️ Summary: Totally clearly recommended – strong 4-Sterne-Bewertung with very good service, in smaller boards at gastronomy/pool and the environment through construction sites."

"Liked · The location was good. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Room had a good harbor/sunset view. The shower was big and good pressure. Disliked · The "well-aged" couple at the front desk did not speak any English and their Spanish was a bit of a struggle. The man showed us up to our "deluxe" room. The elevator, walls and floors were dirty showing years of wear and tear. Our room was hot, and the AC was barely sufficient. We did get a breeze through the windows. I booked the "best" room in the hotel, but it was well below standard. The upholstered chairs were very stained with water marks or who knows what and the linens did not feel clean. The price for one night was as much as most of the other hotels would be for three nights. The room was not worth the money they charge. (We are American and may have a different level of acceptability. But at that price, we expected SO much more)! Our intended 3-night stay, became only one."
