Lantana Resort Hotel&Apartments
"Lovely garden and pool area, with very clean rooms. However standard rooms are small and crammed with unnecessary chairs which we had to ask to be removed. The hotel has so much potential but needs to concentrate on better food and service. Other earlier reviews hit the nail on the head with comments about inconsistent menu and food quality. It seems that cost is the driver of cheaper fish and meat, but taste is lacking. Sadly, both breakfast and dinner were some of the poorest we’ve experience in many trips to Italy. Expensive bar (other than wine), even more so than top class beach side restaurants in Pula, served by brusque staff that seem to find guests an inconvenience. Only one or two staff were more friendly. We opted out of many half board meals, despite the lovely setting and convenience (as well as cost!!) because of food quality and taste, combined with lift-style Muzak creating a lack of atmosphere. Good location for town, beach, walking, other beaches. So much wasted potential! At the end, paying our bill was disastrous as their payment provider couldn’t cope with UK cards. We left with pending payments outstanding with staff adamant they hadn’t gone through. It took some time for refunds to show!!"
Hotel Costa dei Fiori
"Great location, comfortable rooms but service and amenities need to be completely overhauled! What a shame"
Villa Alberta Hotel
"Luisa and Giuseppe are the heart of this small family business hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well organised and in addition with them polite and welcoming approach, they make the whole experience great. Thank you guys,I will see you next year."
Villa Cavalieri Country Hotel
"We stayed for three nights in this wonderful place. Everything was very comfortable: the location, the rooms furnished with style, the staff, the breakfast and the restaurant. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff who welcomed us and pampered us with kindness"
Hotel Mare Pineta
"Clean and spacious rooms, but for lunch and other useful services you still have to walk about 300 meters to the Flaminio Hotel. Wi-Fi is poor, and for dinner we spent 70 euros for two, drinking water for children's portions on a menu that only included 2 first courses, 2 second courses, and 1 dessert."
Nora Club Hotel & Spa
"We started our trip at this hotel and it remained our favorite. Beautiful setting, lovely garden, immaculate condition. The area around the pool is very pleasant and well laid out. The room was comfortably sized, in a Sardinian style, and very clean. A peaceful place that invites relaxation. Friendly and smiling staff. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The town center is a few minutes' walk away with restaurants, bars, and a few shops. Excellent piña coladas! ;)"
New Barcavela
"quiet hotel in a great location with a beautiful beach, with swimming pool. friendly staff, excellent breakfast both sweet and savory, comfortable and clean rooms, with parking. Excellent value for money. 8 km from Pula and 6 from Chia. Absolutely recommended"
Eliantos Boutique Hotel & Spa
"We stayed here for our last night before travelling home from our 16 day road trip around Sardinia celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. And wow what a way to finish! Our room was upgraded to the best in the hotel. A private pool shared with 2 other rooms, a massive hotel room with a huge jacuzzi bath, rainshower, coffee machine, satellite TV with Netflix!! We had rated all our stays out of 10 (there were 9 places we had stayed at in total) and when we saw this we were “well I think this one takes the top spot! 10/10!”. Nicola greeted us on arrival and was just so helpful and kind and genuinely could not do enough for us. We were sad to leave Sardinia but to finish it off staying here was just perfect. Dinner at the hotel restaurant Luca’s was amazing and breakfast was lovely too. We had come from Chia and Pula (lovely beaches) and spent our last late afternoon and evening here before travelling back to Cagliari airport in the morning. Could definitely have stayed here longer but grateful to have spent time here at all. Thank you Nicola for your kindness and hospitality. Would come back to stay here in a heartbeat. Just perfect!"
Villa Madau
"It is a small hotel in a palace of the ancient times. The atmosphere is very comfortable since the entrance: a perfectly familiar style and colours with the furniture sought. The rooms are spacious: our room had a small entrance with wall-cabin, desk and TV, which enters the room with a double bed and one single bed, in our case, wearing a sofa bed, and the bathroom is spacious, with a beautiful shower. The new one is a quite old wall phon, not very well-designed with long hair. In the complex very well-kept structure, cared in every detail, which keeps its charm even with the past of the years. The location is central, which allows you to taste the city in every corner of it. For us a absolute plus, but I would not advise anyone who is looking for peace, because the evening is obviously lively. Breakfast served: there is no buffet, you need to order the evening before, choosing among the menu proposals. I share the choice to avoid waste. However, not seeing the products, sometimes the choices may not meet the taste. The hotel is very friendly and available, although not very prepared to provide assistance on the natural and cultural attractions of the territory. The nearest beaches are about 3 km away. We rented the bikes. I advise those who love small centres."

Is Molas Resort
"Well where do we start! We went to apparently the 5 star restaurant this evening. Five people. We had warm Rose wine served at 65 euro per bottle. The appetiser we sent back to the restaurant. The main course was an absolute disgrace. I have in the past had meals served like this possibly when I was at university but to be honest with you even those were better. The people are a shambles and I strongly urge each and every family who reads this to book somewhere else as you will be massively disappointed "
Abamar Hotel
"The worst, dirtiest old hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything is old and dirty. The staff is very unfriendly—never helpful. The worst part was that even though the balcony was closed, there were mosquitoes everywhere. We killed mosquitoes until 4:30 in the morning. Then we realized they were coming through the ventilation shaft. They bit us all over. There was no mirror in the room, not even a showerhead. At 7 a.m., we were woken up by the sound of a vacuum cleaner and the cleaners shouting to each other. Everything was terrible, a mosquito-infested, filthy old hotel. The coffee at breakfast was burnt and disgusting. I couldn't drink it. Everything was awful. I want a refund. It was the worst experience of my life."
Italianway - Locanda Della Meridiana
"The complex is truly beautiful. However, it's not quite as positive as many people portray it. The rooms are quite small (with a few exceptions), and the street noise is sometimes quite loud. All of this is manageable, but what wasn't so positive was the attitude with which you were sometimes treated. It was quite patronizing when asking about the room category. A bit more friendliness at reception would have made it more enjoyable. Another recommendation: A bit more choice at breakfast (perhaps an egg, cheese, etc.)"
Forte Village Resort - Il Castello
"We stayed at Forte Village over half term and are already planning our return visit. We visited with two children (aged 7 and 9) and were amazed by the facilities available. We loved the variety of the different pools and the stunning beach, the water is incredible. The waterpark, basketball and football pitches were a hit with the children. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner, listening to the piano, and the steak a la carte restaurant. There was plenty of food and a good variety. The staff were excellent, they could not do enough to ensure we had a wonderful time. Hotel Castello has a perfect location in the resort, near the beach - we found the garden bungalow spacious with very comfortable beds. If you are looking at visiting, do not hesitate - we will be recommending this resort to everyone. A special mention to Valentina for making our stay so enjoyable."

"Excellent one night stay for our party of 4. Clean. Comfortable rooms. Good quiet location. Run by two of the nicest, most welcoming, people you might ever meet traveling. Good shower, towels, pillows, mattress. Marco was a wealth of info about local eateries, etc. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags after checkout until departure time."
Hotel Del Corso
Sorecanu
Hotel Baia di Nora
"Great 2 week stay at this beautiful hotel. Located right on the beach with clean fine sand and clear waters. Great pool, super service, lovely gardens, good food, spotlessly clean and excellently maintained. Special shout out to Sarah the kids animator - she was amazing and took care of our kids everyday with lots of activities and was always super attentive to their needs. She spoke English and French perfectly and our 2 kids (4yrs and 2yrs) were so sad to leave her, as were we!! If you're after a relaxing holiday and somewhere that is perfectly adapted to young and older kids then look no further! Defintely going back!"
