"This place is just magical. As soon as you enter you understand you did the best choice. The place is designed by an architect with great attention to details. Common areas including a small chic restaurant and more are so unique and beautiful. The rooms are amazing, high level of everything from design of furniture to towels, robes, sitting area, rugs etc. everything is just wow! We wish we could stay for longer as this is definitely the best place we stayed in during our entire trip but they had no availability. I suggest booking in advance as the 10 rooms get filled quickly. Special atmosphere, special place we lived and hope we can come back to one day!"

"I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved the outdoor spaces, especially the tree house, the pool, and playing with the sheep. She also had a fantastic time at the playground and with Waffles, the property cat, which made her stay even more special. Cristian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. I can confidently say that this will be my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Pucon. Highly recommended!"

"We booked this lodge as a “splurge’ stay during our 2 month long driving trip through Chile and Argentina to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. Best points: the river access and large room. As well, staff were very helpful. The negatives: the whole building including the dining area was very cold despite a fireplace that was smokey. Power went off 2 mornings in a row, no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea, very basic breakfast, no designated bar person (we ordered aperol spritzes and they were of very poor quality (pretty much a glass of aperol). No table to work from despite a large bedroom that could have easily accommodated one."

"I stayed at Hotel Newen for 5 nights. My room, on the third floor, which had a spectacular view of the Villarica volcano was very comfortable with attached bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was superb - home made bread, jam, fruit, scrambled eggs and coffee. A great start to busy days. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Thank you, Coni, for the advise about visiting the hot springs Botanico and help booking a half day there. Pucon is a great place to visit - the lake, views of the volcano, excellent places to eat and shop. Hotel Newen is the ideal base to experience Pucon and surrounds."
