"I was on the road for a long time and needed a bed and shower for the night . I saw a few reviews for the Deluxe Inn of Post and decided to give it a try. I called ahead since it was getting late and the proprietor was very friendly and said she would hold a room for me with my first name, no credit card needed. Phone: 806-495-2883. I was pleasantly surprised by this little “ no frills” place, especially for the price. It was super CLEAN and very comfortable. The motel is also pet friendly if you need to bring your traveling buddy on the road. There was a small refrigerator and microwave if I had food to store or reheat. The shower had plenty of hot water and adequate towels. No coffee pot, but I popped into George’s Restaurant down the street the next morning for a hearty breakfast and hot coffee before hitting the road. Give The Deluxe Inn of Post a try and get a clean room and good sleep!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Old hotel but up to date service. Will certainly book another stay here. One of our guests had trouble with the AC but they moved her to a bigger room with plenty of AC. Very responsive to her comfort. Breakfast was a nice treat."
