"Attractive, centrally located hotel in a historic spanish style building with courtyard. Nice rooms and decor with spacious modern bathrooms and a good walk in shower. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was simple (eggs as usual). On site pasta/pizza restaurant for lunch or dinner. I can highly recommend the pizza - so much topping. What let it down for me was the lack of air conditioning; I found it hard to sleep as I was so hot and the very firm pillows."

"The room was excellent — very comfortable bed, a great bathroom, and overall a beautiful, peaceful setting. Everything about the accommodation itself met expectations and felt well maintained. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was a big disappointment. The food quality was poor and the service was extremely slow, which was surprising given that we were the only guests at the time. This really took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay."

"Value for money. The hotel doesn't offer the amenities expected for the price. There's no air conditioning or fan, just a nightstand and a small TV with only Claro (a local cable channel), and no other amenities. Initially, we had a room facing the street, which was very noisy because it's on a main avenue. There are liquor stores across the street, and people drink in the street, making a lot of noise. Later, they moved us to an interior room, which was an improvement, though not completely silent. The breakfast is average. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and willing to help. The hotel is clean."
