"Looking for a place to spend the night while visiting a friend. Room space is up to standard and the hygiene is at par. One hiccup is during check-in, the hotel system indicated that I need to settle payment upon arrival, but in fact I have already paid up in advance. The front desk (sorry I have not asked his name) was helpful enough to sort out the problem and settled it in 5 minutes time."

"After a long and rolling ferry back from Jersey we were lovingly welcomed and catered to by Eunice, who was more than happy to show us where all the breakfast bits were, help us bring stuff over, and even help to charge my phone after I left my charger behind! The hotel is perfectly positioned between the terminal and train station, making it a perfect place for stopping over on the way back. The rooms were comfy; the blackout curtains were especially useful as I’m a light sleeper."
