"I've stayed in both Premier Inns in Poole over the years, and the Travelodge in the town centre. Both Premier Inns were disappointing, and the town centre Travelodge doesn't have aircon (essential in August). Easy to find, a good welcome, and a lovely room. Well-decorated and, as far as I could see, spotless. The aircon was already on so I turned it off as it was already nice and cool. The window also opens but there is some noise from the traffic outside so I didn't keep it open. Plain, simple, clean, good staff and good parking. I'll be back."

"I booked the Canford having stayed at another Youngs Pub with rooms and I have to give thanks to Kelly for her patience and being so cheerful even though I changed my booking 3 times! In the end I stayed for 5 nights. From the minute I arrived the welcome and service were excellent. I’d had a long tiring drive and was welcomed by Martha who checked me in, carried my bags for me and was cheerful, friendly and helpful. She also got me a table for dinner on the Sunday when I’d forgotten to book! Friendly staff and professional too made my stay a joy."
