"I don't understand how this can be the best-rated hotel in Pomorie according to tripadvisor, I'm not saying he was bad, but I don't think he deserves four stars. The furniture looked like it wasn't nailed down and the drawers were crooked. The elevator was very slow and sometimes it didn't work normally, so we had to use a card and once I got stuck with the elevator open on the fourth floor"

"Just back from Festa Via Pontica hotel lovely big bedroom did pay extra for a sea view if you stood up you had the view sitting down it was a brick wall so I wouldn’t pay extra very disappointed as for the food lukewarm very slow at filling the food up if you went after 7pm restaurant was open till 9pm plus hardly any information what the dishes were there was no information about what was around the hotel went out for a walk down to the beach which was nice but nowhere’s to have a coffee stop you would have to walk at least four miles to a better place to sit and watch the world go by but if you have walking problems not ideal….. Back to the hotel not enough seats would hate to see it in the height off summer cocktails where shocking some staff very nice but a lot just ignored you I personally wouldnt go back"

"The service is terrible, they are rude and rude to you, right in the lobby, the rooms are very dirty, and most likely there is fungus in the rooms, because I had a severe allergy attack, and when I asked to change my room, they began to be rude to me and raise their voice. "We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent. There was a choice of 8 different breakfasts. All served to us by very polite and helpful waiters/ waitresses. Daniel, in particular, went out of his way to make our wedding anniversary dinner special. The bar staff were also very attentive. I must give Teddy a special mention. The hotel itself was situated straight across the road from a beautiful white, sandy beach. Our only slightly negative point was that the hotel is located slightly out of the way, meaning that it was necessary to get a taxi or bus ( not expensive) to go to the town centre. All in all, we had a brilliant holiday. "

"We were this hotel one night with my husband and child and I have to say it was the worst hotel I have ever been! Hotel staff was very unfriendly and you have to pay extra if you want to use beach infront of the hotel. Furthermore, after we went home we noticed that there was bedbucks in our clothes so the painfulnes of the trip didn't end to the hotel. Don't go this hotel!!!!"
