"What can i say that hasn’t already been posted? Location is perfect, 20 min stroll along the pine walk to the busier centre. Staff at the hotel all lovely & friendly . Rooms with a balcony are best, small pool area with approx 10 beds but everyone goes to the long beach literally 2 mins from hotel. Beware the pool is 6 feet deep all along so not suitable for kids. Rooms cleaned everyday, bathrooms are small but modern & always hot water. Breakfasts are continental but perfectly adequate. We will be returning, hopefully."

"Overall an excellent experience at the Montelin Apartments with friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly return at a future date. Our only gripe was the level of tourist tax since we were charged 4 euros per night each + VAT at 10% i.e. 4.4 euros total. This, according to web sources should only be charged for 5 star hotels in Majorca which the Montelin is not. Could the management comment on this i.e. were we overcharged? In comparison this year we also visited Madeira which has no tourist tax and Chamonix, usually considered an up market and expensive alpine resort where we were only charged 2.3 euros pppn for a 4 star hotel. Of course the charges are not levelled by the hotel but by the local goverment but it does provide an indicator that Majorca is becoming more expensive. We spoke to several regular visitors to Puerto Pollensa during our stay who complained about the significant increase in prices in local restaurants this year. "

"I went with my partner for a week. We relaxed at the hotel and were amazed by the games atmosphere. We played archery and went to bingo. Lety was really enthusiastic, and that really helped make it a lot more fun."

"This hotel is immaculate in every sense of the word. We came as a family of 5 with a toddler and parents and us grandparents. We arrived later evening very tired and hungry and on arrival at reception our cases were taken to the store by staff and we were ushered into the dining room so we could eat before closing. When we got to our room there was water tea coffee and a big picnic bag of food with sandwiches left in case we arrived late and missed the buffet. So very thoughtful. The staff understand your needs and really care about your wellbeing. Children are loved and appreciated here with excellent facilities and trained play staff. The all inclusive food is excellent and we travel regularly all over Europe and are very discerning and health conscious. So no need to worry about quality choice or hygiene. There is even sparkling wine on ice at breakfast! In the evening a chef cooks something on the grill to order such as steaks or smashed burgers along with dozens of other buffet choices already prepared. Lunch is alacarte in a separate area next to the large pool. Service is quick polite efficient. All staff wear smart uniforms and there are plenty of them. The grounds are beautifully maintainec and the blocks are set out over a large area with lots of pools and play areas so a sense of space. Ive never known a hotel so quiet at night once the entertainment finishes at 10pm. So no noise pollution we were aware of. Beds really comfy. We had a junior suite and toddler and their mum & dad had a one bedroom apartment with their cot ready on arrival. They found this arrangement helpful as there was a mini kitchen for preparing bottles etc. Rooms have independent aircon/heating to adjust to suit you. All rooms have a kettle. Spa is beautiful too. Short walk to bus stop and beach and water sports to hire. We have no complaints and would definitely return. An absolute gem. We used PMI transfer from Palma booked and paid online as we wanted reassurance of private transfer with baby seat and plenty of luggage space for 5 of us. (€300 return) A mini van was provided and a very professional service too. Took less than an hour and little one slept thank goodness! Driver was waiting on arriva andl it just made the whole travel experience easier."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—nothing was ever too much trouble. We arrived late at night and were so touched to find a plate of food waiting in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel immediately at ease. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by, and the facilities were excellent. We also loved seeing the goats wandering around the streets of Puerto Pollensa—it added such a unique charm to the area. Unfortunately, during a visit to Can Picafort/Alcudia, my husband had his wallet stolen. Despite this, the support we received from the hotel was incredible. Magda on reception kindly phoned all the places we had visited and the police to check if it had been handed in. Although the wallet wasn’t recovered, her kindness and willingness to help truly restored our faith in people and the area. We’re already looking forward to returning next June!"
