The rooms were traditional, but lovely and clean with a nice balcony. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Reception and Breakfast staff were lovely and helpful. My only comment is that the food and drink is ran by a separate enterprise and cocktails were VERY expensive, it was cheaper to go to the Hotel Illa Dor for sunset and cocktails. Shame as we would have drank there if the prices were more reasonable."

"Fantastic little place located in a quiet corner of Mallorca. I stayed in Cala Sant Vincenç together with my mum and the hotel has provided both of us with everything we wanted. It is a quiet establishment frequented by a more mature clientele. Its charming classical Mallorcan decor appealed to our taste and we were impressed by the overall quality of fittings and furnishings. There’s a certain old world charm to this place - one does not see it very often these days and although for some it might seem slightly old fashioned I personally think it’s really beautiful and actually very practical. For a 4 star hotel guests get a lot - complementary bottle of wine upon arrival, bottled mineral water provided daily, bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom, good quality toiletries, electric pot in the room and plenty of space. I’d recommend to book a superior room or a junior suite as they are more spacious and comfortable to use. The hotel has a generous sized pool surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. Buffet style breakfast is adequate with an additional à la carte hot options served upon request. Staff are all friendly and helpful. It’s really difficult for me to fault anything in this place. Although the hotel does not have its private parking space, there are plenty of places around to park a car - I never had a problem with finding one. Cala Sant Vincenç is a strong contender for our next Mallorcan vacation."

"5 star service at that beautiful country house boutique hotel. Thank you to Cecilia, Katty, Grace, Thomas and Miguel - you were all brilliant and went above and beyond for all the guests! This hotel is a peaceful adult-only oasis, 5 minutes by car from Pollenca. The suites are huge and spotless, The food is also excellent - particular the fabulous breakfasts. The pool area, with waitress service, is stunning with comfy sunbeds and beautiful gardens - with 360 degree views of the mountains. Thank you for a great holiday - we shall be back!"

"I stayed here recently with my husband. It was our second time stay, previously was 14 years ago. It's changed a lot. Air conditioning in the room for starters. That worked well and was needed. Breakfast was immense. So much choice for hot and cold. Even had Cava! The bathroom was a squeeze but very clean and had shower gel and shampoo. Our balcony was on the end and noisy but that's what ear plugs are for. You can't expect to stay near the pine walk and have monastic silence. We'll definitely stay again asap."
