The hotel Furnishings are modern and comfortable. The breakfast was generous , delicious with different variations. The hotel Amenities like the gym, spa & sauna are super relaxing specially coming from a long trip. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The staff were helpful & courteous specially "GABRIELLA" shout out to her. If you are Coming from the bus/train station of Plovdiv take the bus no. 26 or 7. The price was ok for the services they've offered. I highly recommend double tree by Hilton and I can't wait to comeback and experience again my Hilton moments. The only things that miss my needs were the amenities in the toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush and etc and the rest were fantastic!"

"Based on my experience, this is quite a conscientious boutique hotel. Perhaps its smaller size allows for such attention to detail. If I had to mention one regret, it would be the lack of variety in the breakfast. The menu was exactly the same for all four days of my stay, which inevitably got a bit tiresome. Also, the parking lot is a short distance from the hotel, and I wonder if the security measures could be a bit more modern. It seems there are no preventive measures in place should something unfortunate happen to a vehicle or other issue."

The friendly host was always around to chat, give advice and make you a cup of coffee to drink on the hotel's terrace cafe - with locals also there, giving the stay an authentic feel. Staying here was the highlight of my trip to Plovdiv."

"This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital. Once there she acted as my interpreter & paid for a Tetanus shot & Antibiotics plus dressings etc. Totally above and beyond her role and on her own time as she had finished her shift. The food in Avocado restaurant which is attached to reception is really delicious, Beef Shank, Foie Gras, Veal Tongue 🤤 The Staff were really polite and helpful and the 7 in our group were delighted we had chosen the Plaza. I will definitely be returning here."
