"This is our sixth stay at this hotel, and over the years, my family and I have stayed in almost every room category they offer. For the past three years, we have consistently chosen the Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment. Unfortunately, during our last five years of visits, we have witnessed a steady and very noticeable decline in both service standards and overall quality. The cleanliness of the rooms has become particularly unacceptable. The rooms are dusty and poorly maintained, with a visible layer of dust under the sofas that appears not to have been cleaned for a very long time. Since checking in on September 3rd, my entire family has experienced significantly worsened allergy symptoms, which we strongly suspect are related to the amount of dust in the apartment. The breakfast quality has also deteriorated considerably over the years. We used to include breakfast with every stay, but the quality has declined to such an extent that we no longer choose to have breakfast at the hotel. Housekeeping has been another major disappointment during this stay. For two consecutive days, I placed the room-cleaning sign on the door. I also specifically informed the hotel that we are traveling with a two-year-old child who takes an afternoon nap, and therefore clearly requested that housekeeping be completed before 1:00 PM, as the room cannot be serviced between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. This request was particularly important because the hotel’s housekeeping service ends at 4:00 PM. In other words, if our room is not cleaned before our child’s nap begins at 1:00 PM, there is effectively no opportunity for it to be cleaned later in the day. Despite explaining this situation clearly, on the third day our room had still not been cleaned in the morning, leaving us once again without housekeeping service for the entire day. As returning guests who have chosen this hotel six times over the years, this is especially disappointing. We genuinely wanted to give the hotel one final chance, hoping that our previous negative experiences had been temporary. Unfortunately, this stay has confirmed the opposite. It is regrettable to see a hotel we once enjoyed and repeatedly returned to decline so consistently in cleanliness, service, and overall quality. After six stays and several years of giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt, this experience has been extremely disappointing. PS: The pillows are very uncomfortable. They are very hard, and there are no soft pillow alternatives."

"Hotel strategy located next to Plovdiv old town. It’s very convenient to go around by walking to explore Plovdiv. Hotel room is great, all in good conditions. If I have a chance to visit Plovdiv in the future definitely will stay again."

"The location is a bit far from the city center. The hotel facilities are very old. The breakfast have more options, however they don’t provide more fruit options."

"The hotel itself is fine, but the location is horrendous. As of 27 August, the construction is so large making crossing the intersection a huge hassle. Transportation is also horrible as buses run only once every 40 minutes, so you have to schedule yourself properly if you want to go to the city Centre. Moreover, calling taxis are incredibly difficult. Taxis attempted to call and no one wants to pick up guests here. If you’re staying in Plovdiv, get yourself a hotel in the city Centre because this location is not great."

"Located on a mountaintop, very close to the pedestrian street, and a 10-minute walk to the Fanshui scenic spot. The rooms are small, but the breakfast is decent. The roads are narrow, and parking is limited, so be careful. Parking in front of the hotel requires payment."

"We had a comfortable room with lots of hot water in the shower within walking distance from the station and the center. There were many shared facilities like a kitchen area with coffee/tea (paid), seating area and smoking area. We didn't find the listed washing machine and there was no fridge in the room. There was no reception, and communication re early check in and/or bag drop was difficult. The toilet area was always wet because of there was no separate shower area or shower curtain."
