"The front desk service was terrible! Terrible! There was no greeting whatsoever. Their job seemed to be limited to check-in and check-out, and nothing else was their responsibility. I don't understand why I was assigned such a room. The showerhead leaked, there were only two pillows in the room, and the room hadn't been dusted. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the luggage bench had grease stains."

"The location is perfect, walking distance to shopping malls, lots of restaurants, and parks. Room space is also great, big enough to host several visitors. But, the AC was not working during our 3 day stay, and no improvement at all after we complained to the front dest for several times. The beddings look fine, carpets are full of stains. The hotel comes with free pool and gym, which is rare in the area, and is a great plus to our stay."

"I came to Pingdu for a friend's engagement party. Overall, it was okay. I didn't take any photos, so you can just bear with me. There are a few things that could be improved. 1. The bathroom lighting was too dim, with only two small lamps providing support. 2. The air conditioner was a bit old. 3. There was a step leading into the bathroom that was incredibly easy to trip over. 4. The room could really use some disposable paper cups. 5. There were no rubber slippers. 6. There were no toilet paper in the room!!! I asked the front desk, and they said they didn't have any. 7. The laundry was not collected promptly after the previous guest's laundry, which was really annoying. 8. They could use disposable iodine-based towels instead of towels and bath towels."
