I thought they were asking for my permission, but then the staff member told me they had already taken them. I was furious because I had spent five or six hours meticulously decorating my wedding room and didn't want anyone to touch it. Yet, the hotel staff, without my consent, trespassed into my decorated wedding room and took items without permission. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers and for people who are about to get married. I reported this to the hotel manager, but they offered no solutions, just going in circles with their words. Finally, they said they would give me a souvenir, but I never received it. This incident truly showed me the service quality of the Ji Hotel in Pingdingshan and the competence of their management."
