"The hotel is located in the city center and is easy to find. Overall, it's pretty good. They even gave us small gifts during the holidays, which was very thoughtful. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, which affected my rest a bit. Overall, though, it's still a good hotel!"

"I was going to give a bad review, but because the front desk service was good, I gave it 3 stars Advantages 1. The room is large and the location is good. There is an ancient town downstairs, where you can take photos and eat; 2. The front desk service attitude is good. I wanted to take a hot spring bath on the last day, and I was given a free 1-hour delay in check-out Disadvantages 1. Breakfast; the hotel is priced at five stars, but the breakfast is not as good as three stars. There is not even pure milk or pure soy milk. The milk is mixed with milk powder, and the soy milk is also soy milk powder. The waiter has to add a meat hat when eating rice noodles, and there are only 2 pieces of meat in beef rice noodles; 2. Room; there is not even a floor towel after taking a shower. It is wet and there is water everywhere 3. The hotel hygiene is average. On the day of check-in, you can see that the cigarette ashes of the previous wave of guests have not been cleaned up."

"1. First, I booked a standard room with a view, but where's the view? The balcony is only one meter wide, nowhere near as big as in the pictures. There's also a triangular eave blocking the view, and an air conditioner unit is outside. With the air conditioning on inside, the balcony is unusable; it's like being in a sauna. 2. The hairdryer in the room barely blows any hot air; it doesn't even dry your hair properly. 3. Breakfast is supposed to be from 7:30 to 9:30, but we went around 8:40. They were out of rice noodles, fruit, and eggs. When we asked if they had any eggs, they said no. Given the time management and so many guests, shouldn't they ensure a stable breakfast supply? We saw nothing, and we didn't eat anything. Look at the balcony in the pictures—it's so big! Then look at the balcony of room 603. Such a big difference. The cleanliness of the rest of the room was acceptable."
