Guest UserThis hotel is located in Longtang Miao Village, nestled independently on a mountain outside the village. The drive up can be a bit challenging. The hotel perfectly embodies a 'wild luxury' style, and the room views are impeccable. It's operated by the villagers, meaning the income directly benefits the local community. A staff member will meet you at the hotel parking lot for transfers, and an uncle will help with luggage to your room or the front desk. The hotel's dinner is also excellent; the local rice field fish and river snails were memorable, and the cured pork was absolutely fantastic. Overall, this hotel is a true paradise for relaxation and quiet contemplation. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.

ZkkzqqThis is a fantastic guesthouse! I don't usually like staying in guesthouses because I always feel the environment and cleanliness are disappointing. This time, however, I wanted to see the night view of the Miao Village, so I had no choice but to stay within the scenic area. I chose two listed guesthouses and compared them before booking Yue She. It certainly didn't disappoint! First, their service was incredibly thoughtful. Even at 9 pm, they sent two staff members to pick us up at the North Gate, help with our luggage, and show us the way. The hotel's exterior is unassuming, but the interior is surprisingly spacious and charming. Sitting on the terrace in my room, I had a panoramic view of the entire Miao Village at night – absolutely amazing! The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable; you could tell the owners had put a lot of thought into it, paying attention to detail. The lovely receptionist was incredibly warm and attentive, the young butler was also very considerate, and the experienced steward truly touched me, helping us carry our largest suitcase up and down the stairs. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but it tasted like home. Overall, I was very satisfied!

XiangtaiDuoxianshengStaying at Wuyueshan B&B was a fantastic experience. They have a dedicated group chat for service communication. The butler, Xiao Jiang, was incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. He met us at the viewing platform, helped with our luggage, and then, once we arrived at the B&B, he explained the routes around the Miao village and recommended some local restaurants. The B&B's breakfast was exquisite and delicious, with a wide variety of drinks. They also offer afternoon tea snacks and a sweet soup for dinner. The room offered a stunning, expansive view of the entire Miao village. The B&B's location is also excellent, making it very convenient to get around; it's close to both the main street (downhill) and the viewing platform (uphill). Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

Guest UserThis hotel's location is superb, right between Bridge No. 5 and Bridge No. 4. We got an upgraded room with a view, and the balcony faced Xiangquan Square directly, offering stunning mountain and river views. I was pleasantly surprised to find an elevator in the guesthouse, making it very convenient to go up and down. There's also a laundry room, so the facilities are excellent. Just a short walk up the stone steps from the hotel brings you to the mountaintop observation deck – definitely skip the long queue for the sightseeing bus at Bridge No. 1. Overall, I highly recommend this wonderful guesthouse!

LoongzhaozhaoThe environment here is absolutely stunning, with wide-open windows offering breathtaking views. The owner even upgraded us to an A-type room, which was a lovely surprise! (´∀`)♡ Just a heads-up, try to pack light when you come, as there are quite a few steps, and it'll be much easier to manage your luggage going up and down.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and equipped with smart controls, making it very comfortable and modern. It is the same as the picture. They had a lift too which is suitable for seniors and children.
The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with several parcel collections from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. At the last minute, they even helped purchase a birthday cake for my nephew from the city, which we truly appreciated.
The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby. It’s also a great alternative for families who want to explore the area without staying in the Ancient Town — dragging luggage and changing buses there can be challenging. Whenever we were tired, we could simply take a Didi back to the hotel, and it drops you right at the door.
Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

Guest UserThis hotel is located at the middle of the hill, very close to 1st bridge, west gate. You still need to take park bus from big west gate to small west gate, then from small west gate take another mini bus to 1st bridge station, from there only walk up to hotel, so if u have many or big luggages, u have tough time! The path to access hotel from 1st bridge station is a quite slope, and issue for old folks or bad stamina tourists. Hotel staff are helpful all the times. They even free upgrade me to top floor for great view! Means I need to climb more staircase... Hahaha. The room is great with balcony and the view is gorgeous. Since the hotel not along those bridges, so it's very quiet at night.

I highly recommend staying at this guesthouse. The location is absolutely fantastic, both day and night! It's truly the best vantage point in the entire scenic area. Any designated observation decks in the area simply can't compare. The photos and videos I took from my guesthouse balcony turned out amazing. The facilities are excellent, and the environment is exceptionally clean. Most notably, the owner's service attitude is just wonderful. Having visited numerous scenic spots across the country, I consider this to be the number one guesthouse I've ever stayed at.

Guest UserAfter getting off the bullet train at Kaili South Station, we took a taxi to the North Gate of the Miao Village, then a sightseeing bus to the Small North Gate. From there, we walked into the scenic area to the No. 6 Wind and Rain Bridge and contacted the owner to help us with our luggage. It was raining heavily with the sun the day we checked in, which was a huge help. The owner even sent a map explaining the terrain, showing great thoughtfulness. The room was spacious and bright, with two air conditioners that cooled the room quickly. There was a TV with screen mirroring. The small balcony offered a great view. The bathroom and shower were large and very clean, and the drainage was excellent, drying quickly instead of being constantly damp.

Guest UserI couldn’t be happier with this hotel! Every staff member was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay.
Before we even arrived, they gave us multiple transportation options to reach the North Gate, where visitors purchase tickets to enter the village. They then met us at the gate, helped us buy our tickets, stored our larger luggage, and guided us through the village to our homestay. They even carried our smaller bags all the way to our room.
Along the way, they encouraged me to participate in the village’s traditional welcoming ceremony and treated us to a delicious bowl of noodle soup since we hadn’t eaten yet.
What really made this stay unforgettable was that they became our personal tour guide for the day. The tour was educational, fun, and perfectly paced for us. This was a special mother-and-son trip, and my son couldn’t stop talking about how exceptional the service was. Out of our multi-city journey through China, this may have been our favorite stop.
To top it all off, they arranged our Didi to the train station and personally escorted us back to the North Gate when it was time to leave.
Xiao Guanji and A Rui, you are simply the best! Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We’ll never forget your kindness and hospitality!
