"You come abroad on holiday to relax and enjoy the sun…. This hotel you have to leave the pool at 6pm we accepted this and just wanted to sit in the sun on the loungers we were then told we can’t!!! I’ve travelled the whole world and have never ever been told we can’t sit outside after 6pm. Still after 24 hours we have no shower head on the shower I’ve asked twice for it to be put on so we can wash. We also have no towels or shower gel/hand soap products in the room. There is no remote for the TV no iron. We have stayed in Cyprus 9 times we understand new hotels need to start somewhere BUT 3 times I have been to reception and had 7/8 different staff members in my room and no one can understand we just want to shower!!!!"

"I don’t really know where to begin, but first of all I would like to thank all the hotel staff: the manager, the lady at the morning reception, the gentleman at the night reception, the ladies and the gentleman from the restaurant, the chef, and the housekeeping team. A huge thank you to everyone for giving me the best experience in Cyprus. All the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help their guests. The service is truly 5-star. There are many great restaurants in Cyprus, but the food at the hotel is simply outstanding. It’s impossible not to enjoy the delicious dishes prepared by the chefs, from breakfast to dinner — everything is always perfect. The menu changes daily, and I honestly think I gained a few kilos because the food is just that good . The rooms have a beautiful view and are always clean and well-organised — once again, a big thank you to the amazing housekeeping team. I visited during a quieter season with fewer tourist activities available, but the receptionist was so kind and helped me find a tour, which made a big difference to my stay. I would also like to thank the manager and the chef once again for organising a birthday surprise for my cousin. They prepared a wonderful chocolate cake. Honestly, we felt like real princesses during our stay. I usually like to travel to different places, but after such an amazing experience, I will definitely return without a doubt. Once again, thank you to the entire team. This hotel is a solid 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Honest review from a party of 9 staying here from 9th aug till 21st Aug From the moment we entered the hotel we was welcomed with friendly happy faces Hotel WiFi free Safes £2 euros per day Rooms in hotel are very comfortable I had x2 adults x1 child perfect amount of room with large beds mini fridge ect all normal stuff you would expect. The pool area is absolutely beautiful with loads of sun beds ,the pool gets cleaned every morning I was up early each day but its very relaxed here and pool doesn't open till 9am people put towels on beds around 7.30 ,pool attendants constantly cleaning picking up after everyone all day long , There is another pool in the apartment side but can't comment as we didn't use it same with the inside pool ,pool area floors washed every evening when pool closes at 6pm. great drink choices free mini icecreams pool snack bar which Is cooked to order so does take a little while but very tasty burgers hot dogs toasties chips ect open 11-12 then 3pm till 5pm , Breakfast lunch dinner nothing to complain about at all everything was very nice always something different even for fussy eaters dinner they ask how many people take to to a table then serve u drinks but at dinner u can only get wine beer or juice or fizz but the waiters can't do enough for you all work extremely hard for long hours aswell entertainment people do darts yoga water polo ping pong ect in day time , evening a bit hit n miss and not for very long but station bar open till 3am across rd and entertainment there doesn't start till 9.30 10pm Anastasia hotel water park we just walked in opens at 10am great few hours of fun with our local beach 7 min walk from tsokkos gardens hotel Few shops within 2 min walking distance the strip is a good 20 min walk 10 mins in taxi about 12 euros went few times was very busy and lively we got our boat trip from there one of the days which I really recommend doing we did the yellow dolphin submarine We hired x3 buggies from George's for £120euro each for 24 hours highly recommend we visited 5 different beaches Late check out available £30eura till 30m 50euro till 6pm"

"Self catering DONT THINK SO fridge that don't work kettle with 2 pin plug and socket 3 pin 🤔 3 gas burners on top of work surface!!! Family of 4 with 3 plates,cups ect ect 😏 patio doors that don't lock, arrived on Sat eve had to ask for clean towels on Fri with response "don't have clean towels every day" 😣 won't be returning to say the least!!! And piece of upstairs balcony fell of to reception staff not interested! Pics included"

"Excellent stay. Beautiful room on the 1st floor with a partial sea view. Comfy beds, amazing air con, friendly staff, brilliant location in the beach and a 15 minute beautiful beach front walk to the busier centre when feeling like something a little louder and more entertainment. We practically had the whole pool to ourselves during a stay at the end of September. It wasn't far from perfect."
