"Terrible service! I arrived at 1:30 PM on March 26, 2025, and paid for the room. The receptionist said the room wasn't ready, and check-in was at 2:00 PM. I asked to use the storage locker for 30 minutes so I could go out. The receptionist sent me to the storage locker and said a staff member would be right there. I stood near the storage locker with my suitcase for half an hour. No one came. I couldn't get out and wasted my time. This is my third stay at the hotel this month. Probably my last! I strongly recommend this hotel!"

Breakfast is modest, but I am normal, I will not lower the rating for it. Like the fact that the building and windows are coming out of the market around the hotel - I don't care. I have something to compare with, and that's a very good offer!"

"This was our second time in this bathhouse. There is a receiver for the administrator in the bathhouse, we called and asked to bring water, she rudely refused and told us to go across the street and come to her to buy a bottle of water, please note that it is winter outside, we are wet after the bathhouse, after the pool, we have to go outside for a bottle of water, but why the receiver? And why the administrator? We go further, the pool is in terrible condition, the walls of the pool are in black mold, at the entrance to the changing room there is a mirror in which you can’t see your own reflection because of the dirt, there are cracks everywhere in the bathhouse. The water in the showers smells of hydrogen sulfide, this smell causes a gag reflex in me. If you go to this place and drink until you lose your pulse, it will do, but if you go with your family, it’s a terrible place and the service is disgusting."
