"There are good and bad things, the bad part first: It's not worth getting full pension, as they serve the same food all week, with no variety but the taste is not bad. Plates, cutlery, glasses, and where the food is served are mostly dirty and poorly cleaned. Also when I took water from the machine for my daughter, it came out dirty, as the machine is not clean, so reccommend you to buy whater and soft drinks. There is no room cleaning, and the service is not good. The gym you need to pay. The good part is that the room is clean, no problems, and the wellness area is amazing and clean. In short, you get what you pay for in a 3-star hotel, but they could make an effort with the cleaning and service. I stayed for 5 days."

Parking within the hotel is safe and comfortable. The receptionist is very pleasant and ready to help with any questions, also very good breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable."

"The hotel isn't large, but the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, much better than anticipated. It's very close to tourist attractions, all within walking distance. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was clearly well-prepared. Highly recommended!"

"Palatinus Boutique Hôtel is the little sister of the larger Palatinus Grand right beside it. It sits right on the pedestrianized Old Town center - you couldn't get any better location than that! The rooms are quite large, with a wooden cabinet complex that divides the room into a foyer and the bedroom area. It also has a balcony large enough for two chairs and a table. Great place to have coffee in the late afternoon as we did. The long wall of the room was all mirrors and sliding doors. The walls were in striking dark green color, which was set apart against the brown veneer of the wood cabinets, and the orange upholstered headboard. Unusually, they even had a hat rack which we found useful to hang all sorts of stuff. The elevator walls were lined with pretty French painting fabric. And there were various seating areas on all floors. The elevator was slow but the stairs were nicely decorated in thick patterned rug patters. All the hallways were tastefully decorated as well. Then you had a sliding green door that revealed the T&B. For a boutique hotel, breakfast was pretty good, with mushroomed scrambled eggs, three types of sausages, and fresh orange juice."

"The exterior was dilapidated and unremarkable, but the hotel room inside was extremely satisfactory. The facilities were complete, the room was large, and the bathroom was also very spacious. The breakfast selection was also satisfactory. Overall, I was very satisfied. On the day I left the hotel, it was snowing and there was a strong wind outside, which smashed all the windows on the exterior of the hotel – quite a scare! 😳"

"Hotel is rather difficult to approach by own car. Roads at the region are narrow, one-directional, some only for pedestrians, and Google Maps doesn’t always guide correctly. Garage is not at the main entrance nor at the address where Google navigates. Check your email for right address. Hotel is recently and nicely refurbished. My room was very nice suite. Tv set in the living room was intrestingly placed regarding the sofa. Small balcony with a view to the pedestrian street. Good bed. Good shower, separate bath tub. Breakfast was quite standard buffet."
