Corso Hotel Pécs ★★★★
"Price-performance ratio is perfect, highly recommended."
Fibula Residence Hotel & Wellness - Adults Only ★★★★
"OK OK OK"
Boutique Hotel Sopianae ★★★
"Very nice and clean hotel in the historical city center. Mattrasses are very comfortable, tea and coffee are available in the room. Breakfast is just great. Staff is kind and helpful. Parking lots are available in the private backyards. We will be back."
Vulkán Wellness Panzió ★★★
"New hotel, nice rooms, private wellness facility, buffet breakfast. Very close to Zsolnay square and Kodaly Concert hall. I recommend!"
Hotel Laterum ★★★★
"I recently stayed here for one night and this was an ok experience. Check-in was smooth but lacked a bit of friendliness; no smiles, no 'welcome to our hotel', The room was big and clean as was the bathroom, but in comparison with the room size, this was a small area. The shower door didn't close properly but on the other hand the shower was excellent. Bed's were ok. Soundproofing is not the strongest point here. Breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations and was really good with plenty of choice. Add to this ample and free parking space and you end up with a solid passing score."
Palatinus Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel is a small and quiet place, perfect for a short break from daily routine. The room was top notch, breakfast very adequate as well."
Adele Apartments ★★★★
"This is an 800-year-old building with modern and practical interior decoration and spacious rooms. It is stress-free for a family of four to stay in. I just don't know why when booking the hotel it showed that it could only accommodate two adults and one child. It takes a long time for the bath water to get hot water. In addition, there is a chair where the kettle is placed. When standing up from that chair, you have to be careful not to hit your head on the corner of the cabinet. The entrance to the hotel parking lot is relatively small, and it is difficult for a large SUV to drive in. You can park on the street for 10 euros per day. Breakfast is 10 Euros per person. Children 5 Euros. Attached are photos of the surrounding area of the hotel"
Palatinus Grand Hotel ★★★
"Palatinus Grand Hotel is in the centre of Pécs next to the main square and dates from 1915. The beautiful Art Deco hotel, fully rebuilt in 2022-2025 for €5.4m, reopened in December 2025 and offers 85 rooms over 5 floors. Next door is the Palatinus Boutique Hotel with 29 rooms. Furnishings and decoration provide a top-quality atmosphere. Service is friendly and helpful. We came shorty after the reopening of the Palatinus Grand. A minor part was still under renovation. The restaurant does not yet serve lunch and dinner. Our comfortable room had desk & 2 chairs, air-conditioning & heating, TV & fridge, Nespresso & tea facility, an incredibly good kingsize bed, and a wardrobe room with safe. Window can be open. We had a nice bathroom with washbasin, toilet & shower. All was super clean. A particularly good buffet breakfast is served: scrambled eggs made with fresh eggs and not the usual egg-powder, hot dishes, cold cuts & cheeses, breads & toast, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, rolls & croissants, tea & coffee. Palatinus Grand Hotel is an amazingly comfortable hotel. Highly recommend."
Hotel Makar Sport & Wellness ★★★★
"The hotel is in a residential area (unusual for a hotel). It has a few parking spaces in front and a small parking lot in the inner courtyard. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathroom is okay and clean. The carpet in the room is quite worn. The rooms on the upper floor have a balcony, while the ground floor rooms have access to an inner courtyard (perfect for smokers). The pool is quite small, and the rubber lining was wrinkled. A few major downsides: it was very difficult to communicate in English at the reception! The second downside is breakfast: plenty of fruit, but the rest of the dishes were limited in variety: only omelette, sausages, and wieners, a few types of cheese, and yogurt. For a 4-star location, this is too little. We arrived for breakfast on the first day at 9:10, and the food was almost gone, with no replenishments despite breakfast being served until 10:30 on weekends. What bothered me the most was the attitude of the lady who seemed to be the manager; she refused to serve a couple who arrived for breakfast at 10:15. She closed the door and drew the curtain. For dinner, the menu options were limited and expensive. We ordered a dish, they came back and proposed something else, then returned and proposed yet another option. As a result, we ate in the city for the rest of our stay."
