"I found the hotel not up to the 5 star level . There was not even room service or a snack to be served to guests on a Sunday. I had to order from Uber eats not to starve as I was tired to go out and search a place to eat . It’s service more of an Ibis hotel than a french 5 stars … really deceiving!!"

Ibis Pau Centre

"This hotel is well situated for visiting Pau and has good parking. However the rooms are much smaller than the usual Ibis rooms so I wouldn’t want to stay for more than one night. The sink is in the room as the bathroom is so small. That said the room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, though the staff seemed overstretched so the buffet wasn’t replenished regularly."
