Professional and friendly staff. Attention to details in every aspect of what every hotel should offer for its guests. Within walking distance of nice shops and cafes.

Beauty/hygiene accessories provided. - : At the reception, the receptionist's familiar language ”wait, I call Lolo!”. Forget room clothes for the spa, no excuses from the reception. Do not warn that the hammam is in trouble. No indications for our arrival to move to this great hotel or even empty the car, Always required to go to the reception to have basic information.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our recent stay at the Hotel Gramont. It reminded both of us of the way hotels in Europe used to be many years ago (in a good way), but with some modern upgrades. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded into a huge room (more like an entire apartment) with a nice view of the square. The air conditioning worked great, and the windows and shutters really blocked any street noise. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The decor is perhaps a bit kitschy, but to each his own. In addition, the location is great - close to many sights and good restaurants. While there were no parking spaces available in front of the hotel during our study, we were able to easily find public parking within a few minutes walk. We would definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again.

Stayed 3 nights in Pau and fully enjoyed it. Even before the arrival, staff has been responding promptly to my requests and could immediately relate to them when they greeted me upon check-in. Room is very spacious, fridge is cold (unlike the usual mini-bar in most hotels) and has everything I wanted: safety deposit box, water kettle with tea, coffee and cream, bathroom amenities, a good hairdryer, and even a heated towel rack (this one really beats me!) Parking on site is very convenient, however the parking spaces have very narrow space in between cars so dents could be possible when people aren't careful opening their doors (I got one, unfortunately). Pau is a very nice town. Besides visiting the famous castle of Henri IV, strolling around town is very pleasant. For restaurants, I highly recommend L'interprète serving fine foods at very reasonable prices.

First step in a Kyriad Prestige, which we already knew the mid-range - which has not disappointed us ... Very easy access since A64, free parking. Spacious and well-equipped room, perfect cleanliness - excellent breakfast with a very complete offer and well followed by careful staff ... Cute and efficient reception service. The concept of prestige is therefore a very good choice - we would have preferred a double door in the room to effectively isolate noise from unsatisfactory neighbours. The room staff would be more aware of the importance of not speaking highly in the corridors, especially in the presence of customers.

There is ample car parking space right in front of the hotel which is not far from the motorway. We were made welcome and the all the staff we met were accommodating and helpful. Although our room was smaller than expected it was clean and attractive and to compensate for size had a large TV screen. There was no writing table, but the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and bright. It is a peaceful location. There is an attractive swimming pool, but we did not use it. Dinner in the restaurant was extremely good, the food excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant which might not please everyone. The hotel is well placed to visit Pau which is only ten minutes away by car.

Incredibly uninterested check in by ”dame” at the bar, who was hardly looking at check-in and more murmured than spoke. It was 32° and she refused to store the supplies of our almost unconserved refrigerator in their fridge something in other Campaniles and all other hotels happened in the years. Customer friendship below zero thus. Rooms are very beautiful and modernly renovated. Also the only pluspoint of our stay. No dining restaurant (we knew it in advance) and a wide breakfast. The staff must take an urgent example to their colleagues from Campanile Saumur who prove that it can really be very different, and Campanile Pau will never see us back again despite their superior rooms.

Wanted a cheap and cheerful place to sleep while attending Les Etoiles de Pau 5star event. About 5 mins drive from event, good car park at hotel. Very friendly service from the man on the desk who found us 2 extra pillows and another blanket while we were out having dinner. Reasonable restaurant within 500 yards which was a godsend at the end of busy days. Room was small but clean and had a brilliant shower. Free wi fi, big plus. All in all good value for money and an efficient pleasant experience.

Of course a renovation of the whole hotel would be necessary. The pdj is very low, but at least it is only 7 euros in bill. Toutes les chambres n'ont pas été refaites, j'avais donc un ancien modèle (au moins avec le lavabo dans la Sdb... quelle idée absurde de le mettre dans la chambre !). Ceci dit les anciennes chambres sont datées et la sdb commence a être plus que limite pour le standard IBIS. La chambre est vraiment petite. Si on y passe pour le boulot tout seul ça va, pour un séjour en couple ce serait trop petit. Petit dej ok, dans le standard de la chaîne. Oubliez le parking, trop petit et payant. A 5min a pied se trouve le parking Bosquet, gratuit la nuit. Par contre... Pourquoi surchauffer les chambres à 22°C ?? Même coupée la clim se redeclenche tout seule en journée et transforme la chambre en sauna. Obliger de passer la recouper le soir et de dormir la fenêtre ouverte ! En décembre ! Bravo l'esprit écologique... Et puis à 22 on ne peut pas dormir !

My husband and I very much enjoyed our recent stay at the Hotel Gramont. It reminded both of us of the way hotels in Europe used to be many years ago (in a good way), but with some modern upgrades. The air conditioning worked great, and the windows and shutters really blocked any street noise. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The decor is perhaps a bit kitschy, but to each his own. In addition, the location is great - close to many sights and good restaurants. While there were no parking spaces available in front of the hotel during our study, we were able to easily find public parking within a few minutes walk. We would definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again.

Of course a renovation of the whole hotel would be necessary. The pdj is very low, but at least it is only 7 euros in bill. Break nothing is cosy, new, beautiful but it is functional, large and clean with a price adapted accordingly. A impression d'accès non sécurisé aux chambres donc vous fermez bien. Le gardien ne veut pas qui accède à l'ascenseur. Choisissez une chambre sur l'arrière. Ces qui donnent sur la place peuvent être bruyantes un samedi soir d'été.

Toutes les chambres n'ont pas été refaites, j'avais donc un ancien modèle (au moins avec le lavabo dans la Sdb... quelle idée absurde de le mettre dans la chambre !). Ceci dit les anciennes chambres sont datées et la sdb commence a être plus que limite pour le standard IBIS. La chambre est vraiment petite. Si on y passe pour le boulot tout seul ça va, pour un séjour en couple ce serait trop petit. Petit dej ok, dans le standard de la chaîne. Oubliez le parking, trop petit et payant. A 5min a pied se trouve le parking Bosquet, gratuit la nuit. Par contre... Pourquoi surchauffer les chambres à 22°C ?? Même coupée la clim se redeclenche tout seule en journée et transforme la chambre en sauna. Obliger de passer la recouper le soir et de dormir la fenêtre ouverte ! En décembre ! Bravo l'esprit écologique... Et puis à 22 on ne peut pas dormir !

Stayed 3 nights in Pau and fully enjoyed it. Even before the arrival, staff has been responding promptly to my requests and could immediately relate to them when they greeted me upon check-in. Room is very spacious, fridge is cold (unlike the usual mini-bar in most hotels) and has everything I wanted: safety deposit box, water kettle with tea, coffee and cream, bathroom amenities, a good hairdryer, and even a heated towel rack (this one really beats me!) Parking on site is very convenient, however the parking spaces have very narrow space in between cars so dents could be possible when people aren't careful opening their doors (I got one, unfortunately). Pau is a very nice town. Besides visiting the famous castle of Henri IV, strolling around town is very pleasant. For restaurants, I highly recommend L'interprète serving fine foods at very reasonable prices.

There is ample car parking space right in front of the hotel which is not far from the motorway. We were made welcome and the all the staff we met were accommodating and helpful. Although our room was smaller than expected it was clean and attractive and to compensate for size had a large TV screen. There was no writing table, but the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and bright. It is a peaceful location. There is an attractive swimming pool, but we did not use it. Dinner in the restaurant was extremely good, the food excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant which might not please everyone. The hotel is well placed to visit Pau which is only ten minutes away by car.

Incredibly uninterested check in by ”dame” at the bar, who was hardly looking at check-in and more murmured than spoke. It was 32° and she refused to store the supplies of our almost unconserved refrigerator in their fridge something in other Campaniles and all other hotels happened in the years. Customer friendship below zero thus. Rooms are very beautiful and modernly renovated. Also the only pluspoint of our stay. No dining restaurant (we knew it in advance) and a wide breakfast. The staff must take an urgent example to their colleagues from Campanile Saumur who prove that it can really be very different, and Campanile Pau will never see us back again despite their superior rooms.
