"Best hotel in Pattani with a very reasonable price. The rooms are all on 3rd floor including check in counter and there is a lift available. Hotel personnel were very courteous and helpfull. They help us with our luggages during arrival and check out; even brought ours to the car that we parked across the road. The ala carte breakfast provided by the hotel were also good. There are a lot of eateries nearby including Pattani Night Market which is around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a round bathtub in the Family room and kids like it very much."

"For The Room Residence Hotel, I have stayed at the hotel for the 3rd time and was just as impressed. The rooms are clean and complete with amenities. This time I got room 511. The bathroom door couldn't be locked. But it's not a problem. This time it was just the receptionist. Normally you can check out before 12:00 noon, but the staff informed you that you have to check out before 11:00 a.m. I don't know if this is the staff's mistake or if the hotel has changed the check-out time, but overall, it's still impressive. It's the same as before. Check-out matters if changes have been made You should also inform guests who are staying that there has been a change. From that time Changed to this time. Thank you."
