"The air conditioning wasn't very cool, I had to set it to 15 degrees. Water was dripping from the AC unit. There were no drinking glasses, only straws provided. The refrigerator was old. The bed was an old spring mattress that sagged, causing back pain. It seemed like they used items from older rooms. The blanket was thin. Even though it's a service apartment rented out daily, it should be improved to be more suitable. The room condition was terrible. I booked through trip.com and paid 1500 baht per room, which was 500 baht more expensive than booking directly with the accommodation. I feel like I wasted my money. I've never stayed in a place this bad before."

We were sitting and listening to music."

"Clean, well-equipped and well-furnished room. The furniture is not that of a grand hotel, but it is good. There is a very large television and free wifi in the room. There is a sink on the balcony and a mini fridge in the room. The air conditioning is very convenient. Cleaning and changing towels are not done regularly every day, there is no rule, it is not clear, but they are done on request. The staff is very kind, but unfortunately there is no one who speaks a minimum of English. To explain yourself it is a must to have the translator app on your phone. Excellent quality/price. Overall I found it very good."
