GGuest UserWhen we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view.
The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThere should be a good hotel at the entrance of Zion Forest Park. It should be a hotel converted from its own courtyard. You can store your luggage at the hotel and then drive up the mountain for hiking. It is very convenient. There is a Mexican restaurant next to it that is very good.

墨墨凡BW's hotel is the first choice for our trip to the United States. Basically, we can set it here, the quality is guaranteed... Breakfast is also good (the last ten days are the same, and the room is clean and refreshing, more than normal) Car hotel is still more insurance, her husband is clamoring to run their family members, basically free parking, very convenient

GGuest UserThis was good for the most part. Clean rooms and nice facilities. The bath drain didn’t drain well and I had to ask for more bath towels in which the front desk person had to give me pool towels. No breakfast was provided yet the room had a mini kitchen in it yet no pots nor pans nor utensils to use. Ultimately we will not be staying here again as they didn’t match our likings.

Ccrf007The location of the hotel is good, and you can enjoy the beautiful ”Rizhao Jinshan” in the parking lot behind. But the wireless network needs to be upgraded. WiFi is sometimes absent. It is constantly necessary to log in again. A 20-minute video may be interrupted twice and cannot handle important matters.

GGuest UserAll the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go. Publish this on your website so people are aware!!
