Nice clean new hotel, the room was comfortable. We arrived after 11 pm, and the front door was locked for the night. We called the reception phone and they opened the door after waiting for a few tense minutes. The check-in was speedy and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the person who checked us out in the morning.

The location to the hospital was a plus, the design of the room was excellent, upscale. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the only issue was they installed a tv box and the remote wasnt working, so stuck on one channel. the fridge wouldnt shut, so it kept drinks warm. could use a night light. thank you for your friendliness and the continental breakfast, and emenities.

Andy in the front desk was such a sweet person. He made sure we had everything we needed. He most definitely needs a raise. Literally the best experience I've had with Front Desk service at any hotel. I would def recommend. Thank you so much Andy! You deserve everything in this world and more. God bless you!

While the hotel itself could use some esthetic updates the hotel was clean and we felt very safe. The waterslides are closed but the pool is huge and heated which is a huge bonus as most hotel pools are freezing cold. My kids swam for 5 hours one day! the breakfast has a ton of options with great hours! Overall it was a great stay!
