It's okay here in Lake Geneva, the hotel is in a good location, you can walk to the lake or the various restaurants in the city center! The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are also very suitable for bringing a baby! The cleanliness of the room can only be said to be average 😳 depends on personal understanding

Lady at Front was very nice and kind, explained everything very well, informed us about everything before we left the from to the room, very professional , pool was very refreshing, everything was very clean

We had a three family reunion so having the two bedroom suite was great for gathering for meals and games. The property grounds are huge and has trails to walk. The sports facilities were great (pickleball, tennis, basketball) but you need to reserve in advance. They also light a fire pit in the evening for us when we requested. Cafe for quick breakfast pick up was good , restaurant service took long for our large group.

Very pleasant place, pleasantly surprises everything from the smell of vanilla on the respiratory, plus that it is a dogfriendly hotel, for the rest there is a beautiful hamm and sauna, swimming pool, gym, super big and cool TV in the room, very comfortable beds, coffee corner. I recommend everyone to come here to rest,, with pleasure to come again)

Everything is wonderful, really.  My only complaints are I wish they cleaned the rooms better. It’s incredibly dusty behind couches and end tables and in carpet along baseboards. And I wish there bedding, blankets specifically, were a bit warmer and more comfortable. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the stay.

This is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

Bedsheets were a bit dirty, room smelled of smoke and the milk at breakfast was rancid. Took a sip and tasted so acid I had to spit it.

This hotel is SUPER !!! Good front desk services, clean and silent room, fresh air. This hotel also has swimming pool and fitness room that really an amazing resort type hotel. The price is quote reasonable and I am looking forward to going back to this hotel for next trip.
