GGuest UserMaybe one of the hotels that offer room services during your stay - so many just don’t do it anymore even though we are paying so much more - plus breakfast is awsome with good quality of food - except for frozen strawberries and pineapple - why? Make no sense - but overall berry satisfy with their services

Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues.
A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight.
Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives.
The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked.
The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout.
Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review.
I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is large, well-equipped, and has a shuttle bus. I had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. The restaurant staff were very enthusiastic, professional and polite. It was just that I was confused at the beginning and confused with the Courtyard at the airport. I took the wrong shuttle bus from the airport and went to another Liyi. In the end, I installed a Lyft and called an online taxi to arrive.

GGuest UserThe original room given to us was 1st floor next to gym n pool, hence we requested a change. The counter staff Bryan was neither helpful nor polite, fortunately the manager Nicole help us to get a higher floor though it’s smaller in size. However, the room had things left over from the previous guest. We reported a few times, only the next day evening time then the things were cleared.
The shuttle service guy was very polite n helpful.

小小阮先生The independent wooden house is very large, has heating, there is a barbecue in front of the yard, the breakfast is good, the receptionist is very polite, the hotel has a free van, we go to the subway station by car, cost-effective!

I had a great time staying here for 8 days, in the southern suburbs of Seattle, close to the airport.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport and the room is clean If you don’t close the door, the noise outside is very loud. The password lock in our tentative room was broken, and it was only possible to unlock it by hand in the middle of the night. Breakfast is much less varied than general inn hotels
