The facilities are standard for Marriott in the United States, with a simple gym and swimming pool, and the breakfast is also an ordinary American breakfast. There was a white man at the check-in desk who was very friendly and told me in detail about the surrounding tourist attractions and nearby places to eat. I didn't have breakfast but wanted to drink some milk, and the staff opened the refrigerator for me. But this hotel is so expensive, compared with other Marriott hotels in the United States

Location is good, we used this as a place to stay the night after visiting grand Teton national park and as a good starting point for our trip up to Yellowstone the next morning. However, the price is extortionate considering that the cabins are in desperate need of updating. There needs to be more thorough cleaning like around the windows where there was mould, there were stains on the bed covers and they couldn’t even be bothered to do something as simple as get the crumbs off of the armchairs in our room. The room also smelt quite strongly of vinegar when we arrived. These are things which we could live with and usually look past but for the price you pay, you expect more. The places to eat are limited but that being said, the pulled pork bun at the diner was very nice tasting despite the untidy appearance of the diner. The service could be better - it’s not clear how it works for ordering & no one acknowledged us when we walked in so we sat down rather confused about how to order. The waiter walked past us a few times and ignored us until we asked how to order. He then told us to go sit in another section that was being served by someone else - thankfully once we moved, the new waiter was more attentive and nice.

Starting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

The room is a bit bigger, not far from the town, quite satisfactory, no early!

We ordered one day in advance without meals, the price is more than 2,000, a little expensive, about 1 km away from Antler Park in Jackson Town, if time is available, it is recommended to live in a small town far away from the scenic area or back to Salt Lake City.

The hostel is overall satisfying but the room, while confortable, has the minimum amenities (no fridge, coffee machine, tv). For the price we could expect a bit more. Nevertheless the stay was nice and there is a common area with kitchen, fridges and ice machine. It is located 15 minutes drive from Jackson where you can find everything you need.

The hotel environment is great, right by the lake. It's very comfortable to stay in the cabin, and the sky is full of stars at night. The only thing is that there is no Wi-Fi in the cabin, you have to go to the hotel lobby to use it, and the signal is not very good. There is basically no signal in the park.

We had a great stay overall. The location is very convenient and close to town, making it easy to get around and explore. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of our questions, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. The facilities are clean but could use a small refresh, especially the curtains, but it didn’t impact our comfort during the stay. The continental breakfast was good, even without the pancake maker (which the front desk kindly informed us about at check-in). The mandarins were especially delicious! We also really appreciated that the kitchen opens in the morning and that popcorn and snacks are available in the evening. Those thoughtful touches made the stay feel extra welcoming. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay with attentive staff.
