We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated Patty making lots of delicious crispy bacon and going above and beyond brightening our mornings. Patty made sure the buffet was well stocked and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Paige at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we were attempting to extend our stay and help that process to go smoothly. Dionne made sure our stay went smoothly.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Love the location of the hotel and the room was very nice and cozy too. Highly recommended

Location was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.

Thumbs up! This hotel is unexpectedly good! The facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful, the front desk service is gentle and meticulous, and the details are also warm. There are food nearby, and they will take you to the airport for free, which only takes about 6 minutes. It is convenient and warm.

We loved the nostalgic charm of this Best Western. So much so that chose to stay at the same location again on the way home of the vacation. The evening clerk remembered me from earlier in the week too! Will definitely stay here again if the chance comes up 😎 Excellent property with cool history!

Hotel location is very good, close to the business district, close to the high speed, there is a place to eat nearby, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, breakfast is rich, will choose in the future, praise!

The hotel staff tried there hardest to make ut hassle free but the trip.com is who we had a lot of trouble with it definitely wasnt just enjoy your stay it was 2 hours of waiting and then 2 different booking alot of confusion and very irritating and not worth the hassle

La verdad hace mucho calor deberían mantener el aire frío ya que las habitaciones se apestan por la humedad y empiezan a oler feo de ahí en mas todo esta bien las camas el baño todo es excelente 👌🏻
