Tru Hotel is a great place to stay! The elevators were clean, the room and bed was comfortable. The only problem was there wasn’t much of a variety at breakfast time. If you guys put omelets on the menu, then it would be great!

A really cozy and quaint hotel in Wilmington, very close to the beach. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

Guest UserWe always to stay at Best Western if can when travel. This one was very nice. Clean, Great breakfast seating and food, wish could be in by 1p. Instead of 3 p. Pool was beautiful and room for handicap needs and dog. Great rewards! Close to everything and beach area about 4 miles.. grandkids love the Best Western.

Guest UserPaid for regular room but got an accessible room that was horrible. Drawer fell apart, king mattress on a queen box spring, bugs in the hallway, phone plugged in and sitting on the floor. Pool closed due to poor landscaping that caused mud to run everywhere. Didn't enjoy my stay.

The hotel is at a great location,room was clean, staff was very friendly, only down fall is the parking they only give you 1 parking pass so if you have 2 vehicles you have to pay to park in a different parking lot a little pricey

Guest UserMy husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ballast very much. It is located within walking distance of many things to do, see, and eat. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
Our room was very clean and that was comforting.
The bathroom, while clean, has a few unique characteristics. The sink has very little room between the faucet and sink bottom. The commode is extremely low to the ground. We found it quite odd.
We would stay again requesting a water view room.

Guest UserThe rooms furniture was old and worn, and I had to order sheets to cover it before I would sit down on it. The kitchen was old. The coffee maker heating element was all rusty. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The sliding door to sit outside was so hard to open. He needed two hands and really had to use all your force
