CayaRooms were very clean and had every amenity a traveler would expect. Breakfast was very good, as was the coffee. Staff was professional and cordial. Price was about on point with what I’d expect for a location like that, so overall a decent value.
Everyone should be aware that the prices quoted don’t include a $12 per night parking fee, which was not listed in the policies or important information sections of this hotel’s page on trip.com, nor was this expressed by the staff when checking in. I found out about it when a second charge arrived a few days later

Friendly staff and very nice hotel. Breakfast was great and the property is right off the interstate. If I have to be picky, my only complaints include the following: Noisy bathroom fan, staff shortage (waited on hold forever trying to call front desk) and the fitness room was not regularly serviced. The water machine was broke, one of the bikes had a broken mechanism and one of the treadmills sounded like it was going to explode. Still get 5 stars though as the hotel was otherwise great.

The place was as expected for the price I paid. Located right next to the main road, you can hear the cars through the window at night. The breakfast was the usual fare for continental breakfast. It’s a place to stay and that’s all you need.
