GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights for a family reunion we were attending. For the most part the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. In our room the coffee tray had open condiments for the coffee, which was a little disappointing. Seems like housekeeping that day was not focused on small details. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again in the future.

GGuest UserNow both elevators are out of service when only one was broken when we arrived. The bed is comfortable but the sofa and chairs are not good for sitting more than a few minutes before it is a bother. The pool lock is broken and a family not staying here got out of their car in their bathing suits and treating it like the community pool. There are ****s overgrown through the fence and spa appears to have been broken for months. I gave two stars because the place is clean inside and the staff is very nice but they have no authority to how money on maintenance is spent. I image the people that are in charge of the maintenance budget are very unorganized and have no construction and maintenance skills. This place has so much potential being in a wonderful area. If the place was maintained better it could really fill up and be successful but going by the number of cars in the parking lot last night at check in, this place is failing horribly.
