Clean/Dedicated Staffs/Facility: This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs.

I was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home.

I didn't live at all, and I can't change it. You are so disappointing to customers like me! My contribution to Ctrip has not been exchanged for any offers and courtesies, and even the basic rescheduled has been rejected, very bad!

Great value for the price. Got a queen suite with a small kitchenette. Bathroom sink barely worked, only a slight trickle of water came out, but at least there was a fully functioning kitchen sink. Toilet flush handle was broken when we first arrived but they did fix it promptly once we brought it to their attention. Bed mattress was fairly comfy. Front desk staff was attentive for the most part. Kitchen wares such as pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. were available for loan which was a nice amenity. However, I had some trouble getting one of the burners on the stove to work. Rooms were fairly clean but could use an update. Elevators were dirty though, trash and dust all over the floors of them. Laundry facilities were decent and had many washers and dryers available in good condition. Exercise room was small but decent. No weights though, just an elliptical, treadmill, and spin bike. It was open 24/7 though which was cool. Also, they advertise breakfast, but all they have is shitty coffee in the early mornings that quickly runs out.

Overall, it is acceptable, but it is the level of the domestic season. This is very different from the positioning of the domestic Indigo Hotel. Friends who come from China should be prepared. Except for the front desk, do not have expectations for the service. This is the usual situation of American hotels after the epidemic.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff. I arrived at the hotel Sunday 01 march around 12:30 PM and politely asked if early check-in was possible. The two women working at the reception told me that no rooms were available until 4:00 PM. I said that was fine and that I would wait in the lobby. However, while I was waiting, several other guests arrived and they were checked in immediately. It was very clear that rooms were available, which made the situation feel unfair. Later, I approached the desk again with the same guests who were checking in and said that I had a reservation for today. The receptionist acted as if nothing had happened and looked visibly annoyed. During check-in, she tried to charge my card again for the reservation, even though my booking had already been fully paid online. When I saw the amount and asked what it was for, she could not clearly explain it. I had to tell her again that the reservation was already paid. Both receptionists then started checking the system and appeared irritated and nervous in front of other guests. Eventually they explained that there was a security deposit of $50 per day, which I completely understood and agreed with. However, they attempted to charge the wrong amount again, and I had to question it once more before they finally corrected the charge to the proper deposit amount. Overall, the situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. First I was told to wait until 4 PM while other guests were checked in, and then I had to deal with confusion about charges that should have been clear from the beginning. The hotel facilities are good, but the front desk service was very disappointing and needs improvement.

Convenient within 5 minutes walk to the baseball stadium. The room is also comfortable. Unfortunately, the female staff at the reception is not very friendly. Even if you arrive at 3:55, the room is not ready yet and it is said that it is unknown when you can enter the room. When I finally get through the procedure, I am mistaken for a reservation for two rooms even though it is a reservation for one room. When I arrived in front of the room, I returned to the reception again due to a problem with the room key and started again. The coffee used by the previous person remains in the coffee maker. The room and location are comfortable, but the service is not good. I think people who are not particular about access to the baseball stadium should be better at other hotels.

The room is large, about 12 minutes drive from the airport, and the front desk beauty is very warm. The only downside is that there are very few waiters. Then, in fact, this hotel does not have a free shuttle bus. So I hope that the platform and the hotel will update the information content to be accurate.

I was extremely disappointed as soon as I arrived I went to check in I was already was exhausted from being at my Brother in laws funeral services all day. I unfortunately wasn't able to check in for my first night due to unexpected situations that happened with my Family. I was able to finally go get some rest and that was on my second day of my 2 Day reservation which was at this point 5:00am and the lady who was checking me in told me that they canceled my reservation and no refund which fine I get it for the first night because I was not able to check in but for the second day I couldn't understand why they would cancel my second day for no reason at all.
