Courtyard Mishawaka-University Area
8.4/10
Very Good
Posted on Aug 17, 2026|King Room with Sofa Bed
Alex Fokdemeiguoyouji2026The overall level of Courtyard is online, belonging to a pragmatic mid-range business hotel. The room is clean and well maintained, and the lighting and socket layout are very friendly to the office. The air conditioner runs smoothly. The fly in the ointment, the decoration style is simple, there is no excessive luxury decoration; some old store hardware has traces of use. Breakfast is enough level, there is no very rich characteristics. Service process standardization and timely response. Pursue luxury will be disappointed, but the pursuit of clean, safe, reliable, and good value for money.

Love the big beds and pillows. Big Handicap rooms and showers. Wood floors instead of dirty carpet...a major plus.
They need better coffee and handicap entrances.
I enjoy my stays here.

Overall, the lobby and general bedroom were clean and nice. The workout room was first class. The problem was the bathroom in our room was unclean. The floor had several hairs, tissue in the corner, and the shampoo dispenser pump was broken. Also, our door deadbolt did not work. I did not discover this until late that night. I informed the front desk the next morning. Instead of waiting until we checked out, the repairman came and repaired the lock while leaving our door wide open and tools in our bedroom..........kinda strange in my book.
