GGuest UserIt is right by an interstate so can be very loud. There was no microwave in our room. Housekeeping was to be upon request only and when we came back from being out for the day someone had “partially” cleaned our room and did not leave any towels and wash rags. Room was kind of warm and had sign on wall thermostat that said to use floor unit and floor unit said to use the wall and when I asked which to use was advised to try them both. Wasn’t a horrible person experience but definitely would not stay here again if given the option.

GGuest UserThe hotel recommended by a friend is very good. Hilton is the best choice in the United States. It never disappoints me. I will stay at this hotel next time I have the opportunity to go to Shreveport.

GGuest UserService was great. Host very friendly and accommodating as we had a disabled person with us. Unfortunately the elevator was not working. We were moved from 4th floor to 2nd floor but the room and beds were smaller. ☹️ There were stains on the duvet cover and 1 sheet.
