Hotels with Parking in Bossier Parish

Great room but it was overbooked. So they canceled our reservation and we ended up paying a higher rate. I would give the hotel a five out of four I will give your service a one out of five. Your rates very deceptive because the hotel was overbooked by your company so hotel cancelled your reservation and we got charged a much higher rate. The only room available was not appropriate for our party. It was embarrassing! I would hope that Trip.Com would make it right with this customer.

The hotel recommended by a friend is very good. Hilton is the best choice in the United States. It never disappoints me. I will stay at this hotel next time I have the opportunity to go to Shreveport.

We had a blast! The hotel staff was awesome! The whole family had a good time.

Quick and nice

Service was great. Host very friendly and accommodating as we had a disabled person with us. Unfortunately the elevator was not working. We were moved from 4th floor to 2nd floor but the room and beds were smaller. ☹️ There were stains on the duvet cover and 1 sheet.

The room is small, less than 15 square meters. The price is not high, the health is general, but the location is very convenient for people who are on the road, and there is a restaurant for steaks opposite.
