HHildaWe enjoyed staying at Hard Rock Hotel & ****** Atlantic City. We ate at the fresh Harvest Buffet and the food was amazing. All are fresh and alot of variety of food and dessert. The room is clean and we had fun playing at the ******. We’ll definitely be back!

GGuest User4th of July and birthday weekend trip. We booked the king contemporary room. Checking in was fast and easy and the room was ready at checkin time. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Fabulous inlet view with the huge floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks, big shower, and water closet. We were on the 39th floor and catching an elevator is no problem. The resort is huge but easily navigable. We dined at Wahlburgers and Villian & Saint. Food at both places was great and reasonably priced. Even with a holiday weekend we were able to dine at the time we wanted without a long wait. Caffeccino is open 24 hours so it was great to grab early morning coffee and a pastry or a late night snack. The birthday bar was fun. They gave me a free happy birthday sash to wear. It was cool walking around the ****** floor having strangers wishing me a happy birthday. I signed up right away for the rewards card. This gives you discounted parking if you drive there. The beach was clean and we were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella. This was my first time staying at this resort and I would definitely go back again!

WwindsoryEven though it's an older hotel, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. They came fully equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, coffee maker, and a safe. The room was spacious and offered a pleasant view. The hotel breakfast was a fantastic surprise – excellent quality and great value for money, truly exceeding my expectations. My only minor complaint is that the Chinese restaurant's operating hours were a bit limited.

GGuest UserThe hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the ****** looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly.

CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

GGuest UserRoom was nice and clean looked like the picture the hotel is very big with lots of floors. There was also a stain on the bedding the goes over top of the sheets and we had just gotten there as well as little pieces of hair over the pillows. I liked how it was connected to the ****** next door. Some of the restaurants were not opened. The rooftop bar was nice could have had more things to choose from on the menu. The only thing that bothered me was the WAIT time it took just to get on an elevator it was soooo packed with people going up or down and everyone wanted to cram on to one elevator with 5 of them being in use. Not to mention the staff elevator was out of use so they had to use these elevator’s too. Other than that my experience was good.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.
