MM36141****The room was decent, but there was no complimentary bottled water. There was no washing machine either. I wasn't used to everything being an extra charge. There wasn't much difference between the 'Special Large' and 'Special Luxury' room types; the latter simply lacked a minibar and a multi-functional bedside control panel. What I found most puzzling was why they didn't provide slippers. I'm really not used to a hotel room without slippers.

We travel as a big family, but the staff can't find our name. The staff said that we didn't book with the hotel. In addition, the room reserved is not directly on the cover. When booking, book another type, when reaching the accommodation, we can get another accommodation. The way we went to rest, hoping to be comfortable to relax. But it turns out that I can endure in a small room. And uncomfortable because the room is not as booked In addition, the staff try to offer another room to replace the room that is not received. But the room provided to us is a clean room plus on the upper floor. If possible, in the part of the staff, I want to improve the update of the guest information better. Going to the hotel to go to rest, not looking for evidence in booking
