MM36141****The room was decent, but there was no complimentary bottled water. There was no washing machine either. I wasn't used to everything being an extra charge. There wasn't much difference between the 'Special Large' and 'Special Luxury' room types; the latter simply lacked a minibar and a multi-functional bedside control panel. What I found most puzzling was why they didn't provide slippers. I'm really not used to a hotel room without slippers.

But the room provided to us is a clean room plus on the upper floor. If possible, in the part of the staff, I want to improve the update of the guest information better. Going to the hotel to go to rest, not looking for evidence in booking
