AAleksander500Kolejny pobyt w tym wspaniałym hotelu.Wg mnie najlepszym w Zakopanym.Pokoj.Otoczenie.Wygodne łóżko.Cisza i spokój.Bylem wielokrotnie i obserwuję jednak powolny spadek jakości usług.Sniadania już nie z karty,tylko z bufetu plus Live Cooking,gdzie Pani nie chce zrobić jajecznicy.Majonez w dużym pojemniku,tak obsmażonych,że trzeba przebić się ;( do świeżego.Najwieksze rozczarowanie to lobby bar i beznadziejna obsługa,a raczej jej brak w pustym barze,przez barmana.Przez 25 minut nie dostaliśmy karty,gdy podeszłem do baru,wdał się w arogancka dyskusję z ironicznym uśmiechem.Tego nie spotkałem w tym hotelu nigdy!!! Był na każdym etapie wzorem obsługi.Bo to nie telefon w toalecie czy wagą tworzą 5* lecz perfekcja obsługi.I tu jej zabrakło.Z pewnością hotel odwiedzę jeszcze wielokrotnie,lecz czy skorzystam z pustego zazwyczaj wieczorami lobby baru??Dzieki Pani Grzegorzowi,z pewnością NIE.

AalbertltAn amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

GGuest UserBeautiful accommodations, great amenities (excellent spa; exceptional selection at breakfast; fittness center and 2 well equipped play rooms for kids) The only mankament was a weak internet connection (caused, as we were told, by a temporary issue). And an exceptionally friendly service everywhere makes you feel so welcome!🥰

Walkable distance from city center. You can get transport for famous places from there.
Beautiful and huge park near by as well.
Western and english breakfast with lots of varieties. Special counter for kids!
Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable.
Perfect gateway for family, friends and couple.
I will definitely visit again.
Few suggestions:
Pre book thermal bath and breakfast to save some bucks!
Indian restaurant nearby!

GGuest UserA cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing

GGuest UserI had an excellent stay in Zakopane, Poland. The hotel was truly perfect! The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The location is ideal for enjoying Zakopane and its beautiful landscapes.
I highly recommend this hotel and I would gladly come back again!

PpharmacistoffdutyThe front desk allowed us to check in early, so we were grateful. We needed a good rest after the overnight bus from Budapest. The room is warm with a heater, and the water pressure is good. Drinking water is provided. Location is excellent, there's a market just right beside the hotel, Costa coffee, restaurants. 8 mins walking distance to the furnicular.
