AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very large and is located outside of Stavanger. Compared to parking in the city center, it is much cheaper and more convenient. There is a large supermarket next to it. It is very comfortable to buy a midnight snack and go back to the room for a drink. It is also very convenient to go out of the city to the Pulpit Rock and the Miracle Stone.

GGuest UserThe hotel provided great service, I particularly like the delicious Norwegian food it catered for the guests, and I wish to extend my compliment to the staff Miss Pen, a sweet lady from Thailand for her friendliness and warm service. Â Perhaps the room for improvement is the hotel house keeping in term of cleanliness and tidiness. Â Thank you.

LLvyouquguo127geguojia950 yuan, high cost performance. It only takes 37 minutes to get to Pulpit Rock because it passes through the world's longest Subsea Road tunnel, which is 14.4 km long and opened in 2019. Before that, you had to take a ferry.

BBurgessBreakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized Iâd forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldnât find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldnât be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasnât going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that Iâd only worn once since I bought it that week.
