MM504640****The room was clean and tidy. After a day of hiking, I came back to the hotel and enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub. Wine is available in the room, but it's an extra charge. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was quite varied, compared to Bergen. For comfort and value, this hotel is a good choice.

SSusu sunThe room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view. The environment was incredibly peaceful, and it's super convenient â just a two-minute walk from both the long-distance bus station and the train station, only about a hundred meters away. The staff were also excellent.

BBettyYAIt is about 6-8 minutes walking distance to the nearest bus stop. If itâs raining, itâll not be a good option. Overall, we have a good experience here with renovated room and tasty breakfast at 21F.

BBurgessBreakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized Iâd forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldnât find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldnât be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasnât going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that Iâd only worn once since I bought it that week.
