游世界的王艳霞Very nice. The room was clean and self-help. The restaurant next to it was delicious. I ate a lot ... The young lady on duty had a clear tooth for our foreign population, slowed down and understood.

Guest UserWell before I booked a read a lot of comments saying dated. I was somewhat nervous on arrival, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely and endearing, and the ship is run well. If anything the datedness adds to the lovely character of the place, I saw it as a bonus. Great value for money. I would definitely book it over a Travelodge or PremierInn, especially given the service quality and attentiveness of staff at Harrowgate Hill Hotel.
