overall: Definitely the best accommodation in Saariselkä Geographically located at almost the highest point We saw the unforgettable Aurora on the first night we stayed 😭🥺 And it’s really obvious! ! ! ! The hotel does not have much unnecessary light pollution It’s just perfect for taking aurora photos with clear faces. The room type we booked is a cabin in the building. Highly recommend everyone to book this room type The design of the building within the building is really comfortable. There is also extra space for luggage, so it won’t be too crowded. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to easily see the entire snow scene There is also a balcony where you can go out There are also plastic snowboards to play with outside the door of the room. Everyone has a smile from the time they check in at the front desk The service attitude is super good! After staying two nights we decided to book another night This time I stayed in a glass house It’s amazing though! But I would recommend the cabin more Oh, there’s more! Be sure to try their sauna Super big, super comfortable and very reasonably priced transportation: I think it is more comfortable to drive by yourself if you come to Saariselkä. Although the ski resort, the entire town and the entire hotel are not far from each other, driving will make traveling much more convenient. It will not be difficult to drive on the way up, and you will see awesome scenery. The view, overall very convenient. Breakfast: Sufficient portions, all you can eat salmon and various fish, together with beautiful views, the overall experience is very good Dinner: The hotel provides dinner at the same place in the evening. Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

숙소 정말 넓고, 시설도 깔끔해서 친구들, 가족들과 함께 머물기 너무 좋은 곳이었어요~💛너무 만족하고 보내고 갑니다~!!!완전 대만족!!

The homestay is very good, the environment is very good, but check in and breakfast are not in the same place, you have to drive to the supermarket to get it, some helpless, but call the information, they warmly explain, breakfast is also very good!

It was a bit difficult to find at first because you had to check in at the supermarket, but the accommodation itself was clean and nice. The shared living room, shared bathroom, and toilet were also clean. When we stayed there, there were about 1 other person besides us (2 people), but we never ran into each other except when we left! The supermarket is close, and I heard that I could use the sled in front of the door, so I went on a sled. There are many buses and tour companies around Sariselka Holiday Club, so it's good to get the location benefits:) Overall, I'm very satisfied! You can also store your suitcase in the office next to the supermarket.
