I wish I could give 6 Stars, this place was absolutely perfect. We stopped for one night arriving late they kept the lights on and waited for us! Breakfast was also amazing, eggs to order with fresh bacon and all of the other normal menu items. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!!!

Good general conditions
Very bad, they clean garden (cut grass and clean) next to the pool and bar on Saturday and Sunday with people trying to rest a week of work and a whole morning to make noise with cut grass, motor-seeds to cut themselves, etc ..... assemble sun hats, etc.. on Saturday and Sunday, this should be done weekly.

Excellent hotel, everything was very good, from the facilities, food and staff. I recommend a possible stay. As less favorable information, I would say that the opening/closing hours of the hotel's car park are not recommended for a tourist area.

The hotel is a good hotel for a few years, but it seems to have been renovated relatively not long ago. The only unexplainable thing is that in 2024 (almost) it will have to pay €10 per day for internet connection at a reasonable speed.
I was thinking to stay a day more and telework from the room, but with 1 mgps I can't. I hope they will change the policy soon.

MíasPor poner un pero...pedimos un cafe a las 8H de la mañana, y solamente lo servian si pedias el desayuno completo (20€).
No habia opcion por estar la cafeteria cerrada y no tener maquinaria vending.
Señor recepcionista, si una señora le pide solamente un cafe y no hay opcion,
me voy al BUFFET y se lo sirvo yo mismo como detalle del hotel, y quedo como un Señor.
Solo por este detalle, posiblemente NO VUELVA A ESTE PARADOR.

Nice hotel in the area very close to the beach. The rooms are a bit aged for the price we paid, and the lift is extremely small. It is a bit far from the city centre but 1 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet is nice with plenty of options. A great highlight of this hotel is the Customer Service at the front desk and the comfortable pool, but who wants a pool when the beach is 2 steps away?

Guest UserDe tudo em geral, para nós já não é novidade costumamos passar férias várias vezes durante o ano. Além do apartamento, os jardins e as piscinas são excelentes . Todo o meio envolvente nos transmite paz. Os funcionários são simpáticos e um elogio especial para o João da receção que preza pela sua simpatia e profissionalismo. Em breve , voltaremos.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Palos. Hay justo un parking en frente vigilado y gratuito del ayuntamiento. Tiene recepción 24 horas, los recepcionistas son muy amables. Tiene una cafetería muy buena que te resuelve el tema del desayuno.
