Restaurant the next building down has a massive menu del dia for 15€. Has a shared kitchen and fridge on the ground floor with complimentary coffee. Friendly receptionist named Pablo who showed us to our room. Can’t ask for more.

I stayed at this albergue (pilgrim's lodge) in Sarria because it was available for advance reservation. It was very clean, easy to access, and the beds were separated by curtains, so I didn't have to worry about the people around me. However, it was very hot with the curtains closed, so I felt it was quite uncomfortable to sleep in the summer. The door is opened by a PIN code, so if there is no one there, you have to call and wait for someone.

As the first stop on the pilgrimage road, it is very suitable to choose this hotel. Don't be shocked by the old furnishings of the hotel front desk. In fact, the design of the room is very modern, the room is clean and tidy, and there are plenty of supply stores and restaurants near the location of the hotel. It is also very convenient to leave early the next morning!
