Wonderful place

Very nice hotel at the end of a road (privacy) with parking and a nice view over Los Gigantes. The houses are on 2 floors, very nice and comfy with terrace and sunbeds.

The environment is very good, not bad 

The hotel is chic, good location, but, brought a cockroach in the room, cleaning, two days at all didn't clean the room until they came to the cleaner and didn't say, it was simply skipped, for unknown reasons, the room with the view of the ocean (taken a deluxe) gave to the pool, noisy, day ray bathing, night is heard discotheque, so bear in mind, food is not particularly tasty, carrots and peanuts are tasteless, most of all in the hotel pensioners, staff is physicial, they are not frozen, how many times came for breakfast was not clean tables, remained dirty plates with food, from previous guests, had to run around the restaurant to find a place where to sit and whether there would be clean devices, people sat down with breakfast for dirty tables, or where there were no devices, service on 3. Overall good, but could have been better!

We had a great stay at Ona el Marques. The apartment had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and thoughtful to our needs.  Unfortunately we didn’t book an apartment with a balcony so we didn’t feel we could sit outside to eat and drink as outside our apartment was a walkway.  The pool area was clean with toilets and changing available. Plenty of beds around so there was no need to get there early to get a sunbed. There were plenty of comfortable sitting areas around the bar. Drinks were reasonably priced and measures were generous.  Location was excellent with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The highlights during our stay was Bellissimo, which was a restaurant on the hill opposite the bar seating area. We also visited El Meson which was also excellent. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we like to go out during the evening.

The hotel is very big, which is also the selling point of this hotel. The outdoor space is very large, and the swimming pool is non-heated. If you don't go in in the afternoon, you will basically freeze into popsicles. However, the water in the swimming pool is very clear, and you can't even tell where the water level is. This hotel spent all its funds on the construction of public areas. The room facilities are old, the bathroom leaks, and the cleanliness of the room is OK. The hotel has too many class stratifications, including ordinary customers, member customers, and red level. Spend 2,000 yuan a night to feel the class difference. The most outrageous thing is that there is no free water. There are only two bottles of filtered water on the day of check-in, and there is nothing after that. You have to pay for the mini bar! ! I feel it is very outrageous and incomprehensible to pay for this room rate! ! !
