Amazing! Great Hotel! Standard of cleanliness is second to none! Really comfortable stay. Excellent central location. Staff are so really lovely! Definitely recommend and will go back without second thought next time in Tenerife. Massive Thank You to All Staff!

The hotel has a great location, close to the shopping street and the promenade. However, it gets noisy in the evenings due to young people hanging out. The room is large and clean. Tea, coffee, and water are refilled daily. No complaints about the service. Breakfast is good. The staff are friendly; they even provided us with umbrellas for walks in the rainy weather. There's a pool, but the water wasn't inviting for a swim. It was January, after all.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was tidy and cozy, and the staff made me feel very welcome. The location was perfect for getting around, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d happily come back for another stay!

Very nice room, in a very nice hotel, but ... - almost no windows that makes the room (the 7) almost blind - non-solidarized twin beds that glide at the least movement (a large double bed at this standing level would have been normal).

The hotel itself was satisfactory, but we were extremely disappointed with the service provided by a staff member named Cecilia. We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and went on a week-long cruise. On January 1st, we had a flight back and requested to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours, as all public luggage lockers were closed that day. We even offered to pay for the service, but Cecilia refused, citing a need to reserve the space for other clients. However, we noticed the storage area was largely empty. This lack of assistance, especially for returning guests and in a special circumstance, felt unnecessarily cold and unhelpful during the New Year. This experience has left us disappointed, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The day I stayed there happened to be the Three Wise Men's Day, so there was a festival going on outside all night, and the hotel room's soundproofing was insufficient. However, if there was no festival, I don't think it would be a problem. Also, when I arrived in the evening, the parking lot was already full, so I parked in a nearby parking lot for a fee. Parking lots cannot be reserved, so if you want to park, it's better to check in early. Considering the location and cleanliness, I was very grateful to be able to stay at such a reasonable price!

Modern hotel, well maintained, the bedroom had more than what I needed (all furniture: desk and chair, armchair and tea table, tv, wardrobe, bedside tables). Beautiful shower and big sink area and mirrors. Good service and security at reception. The strange thing is that I didn't notice any bathroom ventilation, which I'd expect if the bathroom has no window as it was the case. About noise, if you're visiting during the Carnival, the location is super central so obviously this also means you can't have a decent quality sleep (even if you're at the top floors and not over the park), which can be disappointing as the hotel isn't cheap.

I booked a double room and they gave me a single room. The hotel was full so they didn't change my room. Cleanliness is correct, simple and shabby furniture. Translucent windows overlooking the interior skylights have no views but provide good natural lighting.
