Hotels with Parking in Upper Palatinate

The worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

Place is kind of isolated facing several construction environments. Uber is available but a little costly and long wait. Walkable to some areas with 15-20mins. No food or restaurant outside of breakfast Service can be a little friendlier though. Smiles are a rare commodity here, just an observation. Definitely not close to a standard Hilton level.

I stayed there for one night. The hotel is in a good location ,right next to the city. It's a clean hotel and the service (front desk) were very friendly. There is not enough parking place in fron of the hotel (10 Eur/night parking fee). But they also have a small underground parking place on the other side of the hotel (must drive around). The parking fee for the underground was 4 or 6 Euro ,if I remember correctly. The decoration is not the best and looks a bit old. But for a short staying good enough. If you need a teeth brush ,you must ask the fornt desk. I didn't had a breakfast ,so I don't know if it's good. In total it was alright.

The room was small but clean. The double bed only fit in the middle, and the side aisles were narrow. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel offered a few euros off the parking fee, which seems to be 17 euros per day. I took my parking ticket to the front desk to process it, and then I went to the basement to pay at the regular machine, which already had the parking fee deducted. The hotel has direct access to the basement, but it's important to find the correct entrance, as there are several exits.

The hotel was amazing! The room is huge compared to other hotels where you would pay even more money. Located near everything. Staff super friendly. You can take a water bottle at the reception (made out of glass) and refill it with normal water or mineral water at the reception. Totally recommend it!

We booked a room in the hotel for 87 euros via the Trip website, but when the money was cancelled from the account we were charged 104 euros. I think that is a mistake. I was satisfied with the hotel, but not with the trip app at all.

It offers the best value for money. The location is also great. In particular, the minibar is free. You can start your morning refreshingly with a cold glass of Apfelschorle.

The heating is sufficient, the view on the third floor is good, and you can directly see the DOM. The room is large and the facilities are a bit old. They must have been used for many years. In the end, I found out that the hotel actually had an agreed price with the company, and I was satisfied and continued to stay for a week.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant. They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers. Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

Bed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.  However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.) For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
