民宿其實是酒店的規模，之前就是正規的三星大酒店。入住時餐廳提質改造進入尾聲，次日一早升級後的餐廳投入使用。酒店客流量不大，早餐相對簡單；房間燈光昏暗，設施雖顯陳舊，但由於維護不錯，或説是質量不錯，仍能顯現當年高品質華麗的裝修，讓人浮想酒店曾經的輝煌和昔日的門庭若市。房價不高，雖沒有瓶裝水提供，但性價比高還是明顯的，散客人氣不足也是明顯的，這大概與民宿離崀山遊客中心大致1公里有點關係吧。
