Guest UserA perfect experience at the City Garden Hotel! The decor is simple yet elegant, the rooms are fully equipped, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The front desk service is attentive, check-in is quick, and they even offered travel advice. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

The first time I stayed, I changed the hotel because of the charging pillar! On the first morning, I checked in and said that the room was not cleaned. I waited for forty minutes and it was not cleaned! Check out the next morning, the waiter didn't get up! The most funny place, the first time I booked a room on Trip.com, I had to deposit 500 yuan? What age? And deposit? Five-star hotels are gone! Hey! The environment has nothing to say, after all, it is newly opened, but the service really needs to be improved! Service and environment are inversely proportional!
