真正讓我感動並決定一定要好好表揚的，是退房後發生的一件事。離開酒店後我才發現自己的錢包不慎遺落在房間裏，當時整個人都慌了神，裏面不僅有現金，還有身份證、銀行卡等各類重要證件，一旦丟失補辦起來非常麻煩，心裏又着急又自責。
正當我手足無措、準備聯繫酒店詢問時，酒店工作人員竟然第一時間主動聯繫了我，非常耐心地告知錢包已妥善找到並妥善保管，還仔細核對了我的訊息，！從這件事就能看出，這家酒店不僅硬件到位，更難得的是服務用心、責任心極強。工作人員細心負責、反應迅速，真正把客人的事放在心上，在細節處體現專業與温度，讓人在外出行也能感受到十足的安全感和被重視的感覺。

GGuest UserConvinced, I have been living in Tianfeng before and have a membership. This winter vacation came to Shenmu to continue to live, and found that it was not as good as before. Mainly breakfast problem, time 7-9, earlier than the end time of the general hotel, and there was no fruit for the last half an hour, and I didn't see the watermelon once after staying for a few days. This is simply unbearable for a fruit star. I asked the restaurant waiter to add it and said that it is not added now? ! ? ! I really thank the service industry for doing this. I really don't have a sense of service in Shenmu. I have proposed it and been rejected. I am going to change the hotel today. Now sit in the dining room and watch the fruit model.

The book corner is quiet and comfortable, and there are many books. You can calm down and read a book in your spare time. The laundry room is new and clean, and the drying function is super practical, which solves the trouble of travel laundry. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with hot dishes, staple foods, fruits, and drinks all available, fresh and delicious.
