None of the two wash cups was clean. There were unknown yellow dirt on the inner cup wall. There was a huge cockroach running out of the closet. The air conditioner could not be turned on. The hair dryer did not have hot air. When I checked in, the front desk lay on the lounge chair. I saw that people came in and didn't respond. People walked to say hello before getting up to handle it. This is not in line with the basic operation of the service industry.

Everything else is fine, the air conditioner is a bit problematic and not cold, I don’t know if I didn’t turn it on correctly or the air conditioner has a problem.
